Description

Die verwendeten Zylinderlaufbuchsen müssen im wesentlichen eine hohe Verschleißfestigkeit und Beständigkeit gegen Festfressen der Gleitpartner aufweisen. Entsprechend der hohen Verschleißbelastung werden als Laufbuchsenwerkstoffe verschleißfeste Gußeisen- oder Stahllegierungen oder auch Sinterwerkstoffe verwendet. Das Eingießen dieser metallischen Zylinderlaufbuchsen in Leichtmetallgehäuse bereitet eine Mehrzahl von Problemen. Infolge unterschiedlicher Ausdehnungskoeffizienten und Temperaturleitfähigkeiten ergeben sich immer wieder Probleme hinsichtlich der Anbindung zwischen dem erstarrenden Gießmetall und dem Grundkörper. Um die Verbindung zwischen Leichtmetallgehäuse und Zylinderlaufbuchsen zu verbessern, wurde bereits gemäß EP 0 363 844 B1 vorgeschlagen, die Zylinderlaufbuchsen durch Gießen mit einer Schicht, einer Legierung aus der Aluminiumreihe, zu versehen. Auf diese Weise verschmilzt sich das auf der Mantelfläche aufgegossene Aluminium mit dem Gehäusematerial während des Eingießens. Hierdurch ist es möglich, eine Vielzahl von Zylinderlaufbuchsen gleichzeitig in den Metallblock einzusetzen.
