Fig. 1 zeigt eine Materialbahn 1, die mit einer Naht 2 versehen ist. Dabei besteht die Materialbahn 1 aus einem Glasfasergewebe 4, das mit einer Beschichtung 5 aus Silikon 6 versehen ist. Die einzelnen Stiche 8 der Naht 2 verlaufen parallel zueinander und in einem Winkel α von 45° zur Längserstreckung der Naht 2. Dabei hat die Naht 2 eine Breite B von 1 cm. Der die Naht 2 bildende Faden 10 besteht im Kern 12 aus einer Glasfa­ ser. Dieser Kern 12 ist mit Polyester 14 ummantelt (siehe Fig. 2). Claims (13)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verbindung zwischen zwei Materialbahnen (1, 1'), wobei mindestens eine Materialbahn (1, 1') aus einem nicht oder nur bedingt schweiß­ baren Material besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
  • a) jede nicht oder nur bedingt schweißbare Materialbahn (1, 1') an der Stelle, an der später die Schweißnaht verläuft, mit einer Naht (2, 2') versehen wird,
  • b) als Faden (10, 10') für die Naht (2, 2') ein Faden (10, 10') verwendet wird, der zu­ mindest teilweise aus einem schweißbaren Material besteht,
  • c) die Materialbahnen (1, 1') derart aufeinander positioniert werden, daß die Nähte (2, 2') aufeinander liegen, und
  • d) die Fäden (10, 10') miteinander verschweißt werden.

  • a) jede nicht oder nur bedingt schweißbare Materialbahn (1, 1') an der Stelle, an der später die Schweißnaht verläuft, mit einer Naht (2, 2') versehen wird,
  • b) als Faden (10, 10') für die Naht (2, 2') ein Faden (10, 10') verwendet wird, der zu­ mindest teilweise aus einem schweißbaren Material besteht,
  • c) die mit der Naht (2, 2') versehene Materialbahn (1, 1') auf der schweißbaren Ma­ terialbahn (1, 1') positioniert wird und
  • d) der Faden (10, 10') mit der schweißbaren Materialbahn (1, 1') verschweißt wird.
