Abstract

The device has a C-shaped bracket or frame (1). An X-ray emitter (2) and image generating system (3) are arranged at the ends of the frame (1). Description

Der Tisch ist dabei in der Regel dreidimensio­ nal einstellbar. Bei einem C-Bogen-Gerät kann ein Isozentrum realisiert werden, so daß verschiedene Projektionen ohne Neu­ positionierung des Patienten durchgeführt werden können. Ist dabei vor einer Verstellung des C-Bogens das interessierende Objekt im Patienten in diesem Isozentrum, so wandert dieses Objekt bei einer Orbitalbewegung und bei einer Angulation des C-Bogens nicht aus dem Isozentrum aus, da sich dieses immer an derselben Stelle im Raum befindet. Bei fahrbaren Röntgen­ untersuchungsgeräten ist der Tisch in der Regel unabhängig vom C-Bogen-Gerät. Röntgenuntersuchungsgerät mit einem C-Bogen (1), an dessen Enden ein Röntgenstrahler (2) und ein bildgebendes System (3) angeordnet sind und der in Umfangsrichtung verstellbar und um eine horizontale Achse (11) drehbar sowie höhenverstellbar an einem Stativ (6) gelagert ist, wobei die Verstellung des C- Bogens (1) derart erfolgt, daß der Zentralstrahl (8) des Röntgenstrahlers (2) immer durch ein im Raum ortsfestes Iso­ zentrum (15) verläuft, und wobei am C-Bogen (1) eine Licht­ quelle (13) angeordnet ist, welche einen Lichtstrahl (14) aussendet, der durch das Isozentrum (15) verläuft.1.
