Hygiene-Toilettenpapierhalter, bei dem die Toilettenpapierrolle (3) nach unten beweglich gelagert und im oberen Bereich durch eine schwenkbare Papierkappe (2) teilweise abgedeckt ist, bei dem unterhalb der Papierrolle (3) in einem Gehäuse (4) eine Anfeuchtrolle (5) angeordnet ist, deren Mantelfläche unabhägig vom Durchmesser der Papierrolle (3) stets in innigem Berührungskontakt mit der Oberfläche der Papierrolle (3) steht, bei dem sich unterhalb der Papierrolle (3) in dem nach oben offenen Gehäuse (4) Wasser bzw. eine Reinigungslotion (7) mit einer bestimmten Füllhöhe befindet, durch das bzw. die die Anfeuchtrolle (5) hindurchläuft und somit die Mantelfläche der Anfeuchtrolle (5) kontinuierlich mit Wasser oder der Reinigungslotion (7) benetzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß die Anfeuchtrolle (5) unter Federdruck senkrecht nach oben verschiebbar gelagert ist, daß auf den beiden Schmalseiten des Gehäuses (4) jeweils ein Langloch (9) vorgesehen ist, durch das die Enden (13) der Drehachse der Anfeuchtrolle (5) hindurchragen,
