(Fig. 1) Dabei wird die Ferse durch die Öffnung in Teil 2 (Fig. 1 + Fig. 3 Pos. k) und der Spann des Fußes von oben gegriffen. Das Repositionselement ist zu diesem Zeitpunkt nur an Teil 1 befestigt und im Scharnierteil abgeklappt, so daß die Verbindung zu Teil 2 noch nicht besteht. Durch Zug wird die Streckung erreicht.
