Description
The invention relates to a housing for an air conditioning system for vehicles according to the preamble of claim 1.
For air conditioning systems for heating and / or cooling (air conditioning) conditioned air from vehicle interiors is in the Be middle and side panels arranged richly on the dashboard as well as over footwell nozzles and along the front or wind Defroster nozzles in the vehicle blown inside. The housing of the air conditioner contains an evaporator and also a heating heat exchanger within a warm air duct, which if necessary completely is closed. In a known housing the one gangs mentioned type (DE 23 53 405 A1) is the heat exchanger in the area of its upper collector box in one Wall part of the housing added, with the gap in the Abge recording area by means of a circumferential seal is sealed. The seal is part of the between the floor and the cover of the collector box located seal and designed as a circumferential sealing ring that is horizontal has outward sealing lips, which ver tical facing sealing surfaces of the housing-side wall some should be in contact for sealing. This seal is inadequate. Despite the sealing lips, the limits Being able to accept tolerances is a reliable Ab seal not guaranteed, especially no duration adhesive sealing pressure.
From DE-OS 21 47 271 is a water-cooled cylinder Bushing known for reciprocating engines in a cylinder Housing is used, with gaps between the Cylinder liner and the cylinder housing a seal direction is included through which the top cooling water chamber sealed against the underside crank chamber is. The sealing device has three in a row ordered sections. The upper section is more wedge-shaped Sealing ring section designed in a wedge-shaped Radial groove between the cylinder liner and the cylinder housing is included. The lower section is as beaded sealing ring section designed in a radial can only be accommodated in the cylinder liner. The existing medium between the two sealing ring sections Sealing ring section is shell-shaped and stored in one Gap that the wedge-shaped radial groove and the radial groove in the cylinder liner connects together. The distance between the wedge-shaped sealing ring section and the lower one beaded sealing ring section is smaller than the distance between the wedge-shaped radial groove and gives the radial groove in the cylinder liner. To this The shell-shaped central sealing ring becomes a wise installation section increasingly elongated, so that a tensile force on the upper wedge-shaped sealing ring section acts, the latter pulls into the wedge-shaped radial groove. Doing so with increasing insertion length of the cylinder liner the tensile forces and thus the contact pressure in the radial groove is greater. Because of This sealing device does not have to be attached to the parts significant accuracy requirements are made. Any axial differences in position between the cylinder liner and the cylinder housing are formed by the shape of the sealing ring like. This gives it good sealing properties is sufficient that the wedge-shaped sealing ring section of the seal device the wedge-shaped profile of the associated radial is only adapted. Due to the wedge shape, the sealing ring section by the tensile force acting on it on the wedge flanks pressed. Such a clamping of the cylinder liner at the lower end dampens vibrations and sets the danger of cavitation on the cooling water room turned side down.

Es zeigen jeweils in schematischer Darstellung:The invention is based on a Darge in the drawing presented embodiment described in more detail below ben. Each shows in a schematic representation:
Fig. 1 ausschnittweise einen Längsschnitt eines Teils einer Klimaanlage für einen Fahr zeuginnenraum, Fig. 1 a detail of a longitudinal section of part of an air conditioner for a driving generating interior,
Fig. 2 eine teilweise geschnittene Seitenan sicht der Einzelheit II in Fig. 1 in größerem Maßstab. Fig. 2 is a partially sectioned Seitenan view of detail II in Fig. 1 on a larger scale.
In Fig. 1, part of an air conditioning system 10 for heating and / or cooling (air conditioning) of a vehicle interior is shown schematically. Part of this part of the air conditioning system 10 is a housing 11 which serves for air guidance and contains a cold air duct 12 and a warm air duct 13 . In the cold air duct 12 , the air supplied by a blower (not shown) flows through an evaporator 14 located there . In an inner wall part 15 of the hous ses 11 a heat exchanger 16 serving for heating is arranged hanging. The heat exchanger 16 has a heat exchanger network 17 and at least one upper collector box 18 , for. B. water box, which is composed of a bottom 19 , in particular a tube sheet, and an attached lid 20 which is tightly connected to the bottom 19 . The inner wall part 15 visible in FIG. 1 together with the heat exchanger 16 held thereon in the area of the header box 18 separates the cold air duct 12 from the warm air duct 13 . In the in Fig. 1 to the left of the collector box 18 area located is a schwenkbetätigbare flap 21 which completely closes off in the position shown in Fig. 1 closed position the cold air passage 12 on the exit side of the evaporator 14 relative to the warm air duct 13 and in the open state of cold air that the Evaporator 14 has pased, can pass in the direction of arrows 22 . This cold air reaches z. B. then to one or more with teldüsen and / or side nozzles in the vehicle.
Between the inner wall part 15 and the area therein of the upper header box 18 of the heat exchanger 16 , a gap 30 is formed in which a running seal 31 is contained from an elastomer. The seal 31 has an outer sealing surface 32 which interacts with a facing sealing surface 33 of the wall part 15 . The sealing surface 32 and / or the sealing surface 33 are designed as obliquely extending oblique surfaces from top to bottom.
In an embodiment not shown, only the sealing surface 32 of the seal 31 is designed as an inclined surface, while the sealing surface 33 of the wall part 15 can be designed as an at least substantially vertically directed surface. In another embodiment, also not shown, only the sealing surface 33 of the wall part 15 is formed as an inclined surface, while the sealing side sealing surface 32 then extends approximately vertically.
In the embodiment shown, both sealing surfaces 32 and 33 are formed as approximately wedge-shaped downward sloping surfaces. Here, the oblique sealing surface 33 of the wall part 15 can have a steeper wedge angle than the oblique sealing surface 32 of the seal 31 , such that the seal 31 is received in the gap 30 with at least a slight prestress.
The gap 30 is formed between the oblique sealing surface 33 of the wall part 15 and the outer side 34 of the collector box 18 which is farther inside. The gap 30 delimited by the sealing surface 33 and the outside 34 is thus approximately wedge-shaped. In this gap 30 , the seal 31 is compressed, and this preferably un ter at least the participation of the vertically directed Ge weight forces of the heat exchanger 16th The seal 31 can be contained in the gap 30 with at least a slight pretension, the sealing pressure of the seal 31 taking place due to the weight of the heat exchanger 17 .
The outside 34 of the collector box 18 runs approximately vertically. The seal 31 bears against this outer side 34 . The seal 31 has a wedge-shaped upper section 35 and a one-piece, approximately angular lower section 36 with a lower, inwardly directed angle leg 37 . The upper section 35 is supported in the gap 30 . The lower portion 36 engages with the Winkel's angle 37 on the edge of the underside of the collector box 18 , z. B. the bottom 19th As a result, the weight forces of the heat exchanger 16 are absorbed, which is held hanging all around in the inner wall part 15 with reliable sealing by the seal 31 compressed thereby.
