Abstract

The collector (1) has a top cover plate (2) provided with spaced solar cells (3) and underlying flow medium channels (4) embedded in a foam thermal insulation material (5), for independent extraction of current and heat from the incident solar radiation. The heat may be extracted via a pump for circulating the flow medium heated by the incident solar radiation through a heat storage device.

Description

The top of the Photo Voltaic collector has solar cells for power generation installs and guides the radiant heat into the through the cover or mounting surface underneath, flush liquid channels or pipes or hollow profiles. By dissipating the radiant heat, the photovoltaic power increases since the heat at 80 degrees Celsius increases the electrical resistance and thus significantly reducing electrical performance.

The heat is dissipated in a technically known manner via pumps, Slope, standing storage and the like.

Another advantage is the compl. shared use - all - available Irradiation areas for photovoltaic and collector heat.
