Abstract

Ver­ drahtungsaufwandes des Nutzfahrzeug-Bremssystemes einzusetzen. Bei pneu­ matisch betätigten Nutzfahrzeugbremssystemen besitzen die Magnetventile ei­ nen pneumatischen und einen elektrischen Teil. Der elektrische Teil - der Ven­ tilmagnetblock - besteht aus einer oder mehreren Spulen, die mit einem An­ schlußstecker versehen und zusammen mit dem Anschlußstecker von Kunststoff umspritzt sind. Der angespritzte Anschlußstecker dient dabei ausschließlich zur Verbindung der umspritzten Spulen mit dem externen Steuergerät. B. angespritzt), deren Kontakte innerhalb des Magnetventilblocks mit zusätzlichen Kontakten des ersten Steckers elektrisch verbunden sind. Es ist damit möglich, lediglich kurze Verbindungskabel von den in der Nähe des Ventils gelegenen Sensoren zum Ventilblock zu verlegen, diese an den Ventilblock anzustecken und dann vom Ventilblock lediglich ein einziges Kabel - welches entsprechende zusätzliche Adern aufweist - zum Steuergerät zu führen. Zusätzliche direkte Kabel zwischen den einzelnen Radsensoren und dem Steuergerät können damit entfallen. Fig. 1 zeigt ein elektromagnetisches Magnetventil 1 mit einem pneumatischen Ventilabschnitt 2 (rein schematisch dargestellt) sowie mit einem elektrischen Ventilabschnitt, dem sogenannten Ventilmagnetblock 3. Der Ventilmagnetblock 3 weist kunststoffumspritzte Spulen 4 und - wie in der Frontansicht am rechten Bildrand zu erkennen - einen ersten Anschlußstecker 5 mit Kontakten 6a bis 6h auf. Dabei sind die Kontakte 6a bis 6c in üblicher Weise intern mit den Spulen 4 verbunden, während die Kontakte 6d bis 6h ebenfalls im Inneren des Ventilmagnetblockes 3 - siehe Fig. 2 - mit entsprechenden Kontakten 6d' bis 6h' weiterer Stecker 7, 8 verbunden bzw. verdrahtet sind (Verdrahtung 9). Die Kontakte 6d' bis 6h' der weiteren Stecker 7, 8 sind dabei derart angeordnet, daß der Anschluß üblicher Sensoren, z. B. Raddrehzahlsensoren, möglich ist. Ventilmagnetblock, insbesondere für elektropneumatische Magnetventile (1), wobei der Ventilmagnetblock (3) kunststoffumspritzte Spulen (4) und einen ersten Anschlußstecker (5) mit Kontakten (6) aufweist, welche mit den Spulen (4) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß am Ventilmagnetblock (3) weitere Stecker (7, 8) vorgesehen sind, deren Kontakte (6d'-6h') innerhalb des Ventilmagnetblockes (3) mit zusätzlichen Kontakten (6d-6h) des ersten Steckers (5) elektrisch verbunden sind.1.
