Abstract
Description
The invention relates to means for cleaning hard surfaces with a content of out chose alkyl and / or alkenyl oligoglycosides.
Stellvertretend sei auf die Europäischen Pa tentanmeldungen EP-A 0 199 765, EP-A 0 210 270, EP-A 0 214 285, EP-A 216 301, EP-A 0 282 863 (Henkel), EP-A 0 572 776 (Hüls), EP-A 0 388 810, EP-A 0 510 870 (Kao) und die Internationale Patentanmeldung WO 92/03582 (R) verwiesen. Offenbart wird in diesem Zusammenhang jedoch nur der Einsatz von linearen Alkyloligoglucosiden mit einem durch schnittlichen Polymerisationsgrad im Bereich von 1,3 bis 1,4.Detergents containing alkyl oligoglucosides are already from a variety of prior art documents known. Representing the European Pa Patent Applications EP-A 0 199 765, EP-A 0 210 270, EP-A 0 214 285, EP-A 216 301, EP-A 0 282 863 (Henkel), EP-A 0 572 776 (Hüls), EP-A 0 388 810, EP-A 0 510 870 (Kao) and the International Patent Application WO 92/03582 (R). It is revealed in this However, only the use of linear Alkyloligoglucosiden with a through average degree of polymerization in the range of 1.3 to 1.4.
In the past, however, it has been shown that such funds apply with regard to their technical properties do not always show satisfactory results. So wise glucoside cleaning agents for stubborn dirt defects in the Reini on performance. They are sometimes difficult to thicken, d. H. there are problems that Visko to adjust the product to a range low enough to allow for a low dose but on the other hand is high enough to avoid the product of vertical surfaces drains too quickly. Finally, the foaming power, for example wise in the field of carpet shampoos and oven cleaner, not always sufficient. The The object of the invention has thus been to remedy these problems.
I),The invention relates to agents for cleaning hard surfaces, containing - related to the means - 1 to 50, preferably 1.5 to 15 and in particular 2 to 8 wt .-% alkyl oligoglucosides of the formula (I),
R¹O-[G]p (I)R¹O- [G] p (I)
Surprisingly, it has been found that alkyl oligoglucosides based on short-chain Oxo alcohols within a selected range of the degree of polymerization (DP) show better cleaning power than glucosides based on linear fatty alcohols ver of the same chain length and DP's. The products can be easily applied to a user adjust viscosity and deliver even in the presence of strong alkalis amount of stable foam.
Alkyl oligoglucosides are known non-ionic surfactants, which according to the relevant Process of preparative organic chemistry can be obtained. Representative of the extensive literature is here on the writings EP-A1-0 301 298 and WO 90/03977 directed. The index number p in the general formula (I) indicates the degree of oligomerization (DP degree), d. H. the distribution of mono- and oligoglycosides. While p in a gege If the compound always has to be an integer, the value p is for a particular alkyl oligoglycoside an analytically determined arithmetic size, which is usually a fractional Number represents. The alkyl group R¹ can be derived from primary alcohols having 9 to 11 carbon atoms derive atoms. Preferred starting materials are oxo alcohols correspond to one the chain length, the manufacture of 5 to 25 mol% branched species may contain NEN. The preferred starting material for the preparation of the alkyl oligoglucosides is a Oxoalcohol of Shell with the name Dobanol® 91.
