Transport containers «, in particular for live fish

The present innovation is a transport container for live fish, in particular for live ornamental fish and Edible fish, which, as is well known, can be transported without damage in bags made of plastic film filled with water and air are. As already mentioned, the container according to the innovation consists of two identical container parts 1, which are preferably made of light but strong plastic foam, for example made of styrofoam. This container part 1 knows inclined, lateral outer and inner walls, namely the two outer end walls 1d, the two outer side walls 1e, the two inner end walls 1g and the two inner side walls 1h. The base of the container part is preferably rectangular for the purpose of better utilization of space.

The conicity of the outer side walls corresponds exactly to that of the inner side walls, so that the container parts can be stacked one inside the other are. The container part 1 has a flat bottom with the inner bottom surface 1f and the outer bottom surface 1i.

For the purpose of any interchangeability of the container parts 1, of which two identical can be assembled to form a container, the edge of the container part 1 is designed in a special way. This edge is designed differently on both sides of an imaginary center line which divides the length of the container part 1 in the base area into two equal areas.
