Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a medication application device for syringe pumps according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
For precise, protracted, intravenous drug applications tion are almost exclusively very expensive, complicated, heavy, electrically operated infusion pumps with complex Alarm device used. The problem here is that mostly only large-lumen, e.g. B. 50 ml syringes can be used NEN, and smaller syringes that are for the most available against milliliters of medication would be far more appropriate, at all not used or only after extensive renovation work can be. Another alternative is the additional one Chen purchase of expensive special pumps, but then only are suitable for small-lumen syringes or possibly in simple, special spring-driven infusion syringe pumps, but the not just a sterile one for each medication application Disposable syringe but also quite expensive fixed special do make it necessary for single use and where additional serious falsifications of the desired Infusion application speeds through different Temperatures and viscosities of the drug solutions occur can.
The object of the invention is therefore a medicament applica tion device so that it is technically a simple, exact medication application enables inexpensive. This should be done in connection with existing syringe pumps, especially those that are technically only for 50 ml syringes are designed.
This object is achieved by a device with the features len of claim 1. Advantageous refinements and refinement Applications are the subject of the subclaims.
Es zeigt:Further details and advantages of the invention will become apparent from an embodiment shown in the drawings nä ago explained. It shows:

In this cylinder 14 , a tightly closing piston 15 with a pressure transmission disc 16 is fitted. This transfers the pressure to the pressure plate 17 , the stamp 18 and the piston 19 connected to it . Part D with Zylin the 20 , Luer lock connector 21 and the two tabs 23 is a sterile disposable syringe that is filled with medication. This syringe is locked with its tabs 23 in the locking element formed by the base plate 24 and cover plate 25 . Via the male Luer lock connector 21 , part D can be detachably connected and locked to a lead leading to the patient P with a female Luer lock connector.
Fig. 2 shows a perspective exploded view of the hydraulic feed device with syringe locking element. The feed device consists of the syringe cylinder 14 with the two tabs 22 and the plunger 15 with pressure transmission disk 16 . The syringe locking element 23 consists of the base plate 24 , provided with the round cutout 27 and the two connecting holes 28 . About the two spacer rollers 29 and the two rivets 30 , the thin, resilient cover plate 25 with its oval cutout 31 via the two connection holes 32 with the rigid base plate 24 and the two loops 22 of the syringe barrel is firmly connected to a unit.
Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the hydraulic feed unit with syringe locking element, completely assembled with an inserted and locked disposable medication syringe D. As can be seen, the syringe cylinder 20 with its two tabs 23 was first inserted into the oval-horizontal opening 31 and then through one Rotation by 90 degrees around its longitudinal axis locks, and is now held between the rigid base plate 24 and the resilient cover plate 25th When stronger than the medication filling of the syringe cylinder 20 , the piston 19 with the plunger 18 and pressure plate 17 , mechanically protected in the cylinder 14, is arranged in a closed connection 21, push the pressure plate 16 and the piston 15 in the direction of the Luer lock connection 13 .
As Fig. 1 shows schematically in section, treated with medication is ten-application device of three parts A, B and C, which preferably completely assembled, can not be separated, with flues sigkeit be delivered approximately filled free of air bubbles in half. Part A, the 10-60 ml infusion syringe with compression spring 6 acting on the piston 5 , is now inserted into the holder of the syringe pump 4 (dashed line) for the tabs 3 of the cylinder 1 . Now the small medication syringe D is filled with the desired amount of medication solution without air bubbles and subsequently sealed with a luer lock outlet nozzle 21 with a cap. Your protruding syringe stem 18 with pressure plate 17 is now inserted manually through the plate 24 and cover plate 25 formed locking element into the cylinder 14 of part C and pushes the Kol ben 15 with pressure washer 16 in the direction of Luer lock connecting piece 13th The liquid displaced by the piston 15 from the cylinder 14 passes through the pressure-resistant connecting hose 10 , part B, into the cylinder 1 (part A) and pushes the piston 5 back somewhat. By rotating the drug syringe D about its longitudinal axis, preferably by 90 degrees, it is locked between the bottom plate 24 and cover plate 25 . Now the Kolbenstem pel 7 is inserted and fixed with its pressure plate 8 in the feed bracket 9 of the syringe pump. Now the desired infusion quantity per unit of time can be set on the infusion pump, for example after multiplication by a factor specified on the medication application device, and the pump can be started. Now the patient is still connected via connection section 26 . The infusion syringe pump now pushes the piston 5 against the defined resistance of the compression spring 6 in the direction of the Luer lock connection 2 . The displaced te liquid passes through the pressure hose 10 into the cylinder 14 there pushes the piston 15 with the pressure plate 16 and abut the pressure plate 17 with the stamp 18 and piston 19 in the direction of the arrow to the syringe outlet connector 21 . As a result, the medication syringe D is slowly emptied into the connected patient. If a new medication appli cation is to be made after emptying the syringe, one will proceed in the manner already described, but additionally, before inserting the newly filled medicament syringe D, first release the pressure plate 8 from the syringe pump feed bracket 9 , so that the piston 15 is pushed back from part C and the liquid displaced can flow back into the cylinder 1 of part A via pressure line 10 . That, for example, not even inadmissibly high infusion pressures, z. B. over max. 1.2 bar can occur, is ensured by the pressure exerted by the compression spring 6 in combination with the backed-up liquid pressure on the piston 5 , which is transmitted via stamp 7 with pressure plate 8 to the syringe pump feed 9 , which then activates the automatic shutdown of the syringe pump fourth. For syringe pumps with variably adjustable pressure, e.g. B. if a lower cut-off pressure is set, the compression spring in cylinder 1 is omitted. It is also possible to see a similarly acting compression spring in the cylinder 14 .
As hydraulic fluid are preferably colored or undyed water, oil, aqueous glycerin solution or glycerin ver reversible.
To avoid impermissibly high pressures, it is also possible to Alarm pressure settings on the syringe pumps, for example on Values from 1.2 to 0.5 bar must be provided.
In a second embodiment of the medication application device (not shown in the drawing), are not, as shown in Fig. 1-3, the hydraulic elements ( 1 , 14 ) designed as a hydraulic cylinder with a tightly fitted piston, but here takes the place of Pistons a tightly fitted roll membrane. In a further third exemplary embodiment (not shown), the piston of the hydraulic element is replaced by a bellows fitted tightly in the hydraulic cylinder, preferably made of plastic or an elastomer. This elimination of the pistons, which was carried out in the further exemplary embodiments, makes it possible to circumvent their problems which may arise due to aging processes, in particular changes in their sliding properties in the hydraulic cylinder.
