Description
Es ist allgemeiner Stand der Technik, DNA- oder RNA-Konzentration spektophotometrisch zu bestimmen. Beim Meßverfahren wird ein Lichtstrahl durch eine UV-durchlässige Küvette gelenkt, in der sich die Nukleinsäure lösung befindet. Da ein Teil des einfallenden Lichts absor biert wird, ist der Lichtstrahl nach dem Durchgang durch die Nukleinsäurelösung geschwächt. Der austretende Licht strahl wird auf eine Photodiode gerichtet und in ein elek tronisches Signal umgewandelt, das einem Ausgabegerät zuge führt wird.
