Abstract
Description
It is known to condense sludges with liquid conditioners for dewatering tion such. B. with milk of lime, addition of iron chloride or liquefied polymer. This Conditioning agents are expensive, however, so the operating costs of sludge dewatering are very high. The TS contents achieved with these conditioning agents during dewatering are also too low to be able to deposit or burn them. The stand out the technology-derived task of increasing the TS content and lowering the conditioning costs ken, is solved according to the invention in that the conditioning agent by means of a dry Mixture consists of at least two inorganic substances present in powder form. With this new conditioning agent, the TS content increases surprisingly dewatered sludge to over 40%. An increase of more than 5% points. As drier Part of the mixture is u. a. Lime is used, the proportion of which is over 40%. Other components are sulfur oxides and various metal oxides. The new process for Use of the dry-mixed conditioning agent is characterized in that the dry conditioning agent into the conditioning mixer using a metering device is added.

Declaration on sheet 3:
Point A shows the conditioning agent silo, point B shows the dosing device. The conditioning agent is dosed with the dosing device and conveyed into the conditioning mixer E by means of a conveyor path C. With the pump D the sludge to be treated is pumped from a sludge storage or sludge thickener into the conditioning mixer E. Point E1 shows the agitator, with which the conditioning agent is mixed into the sludge. With the pump F, the conditioned sludge is pumped into the sludge stacking container G. Point G1 shows the agitator, with which the sludge is kept in constant motion. Point H shows the pipeline, whereby the sludge reaches a sludge dewatering plant.
