Abstract

A new injection moulding procedure has been invented, for e.g. a curved nozzle for a washing machine, which is assembled from two halves (11, 12). The halves are simultaneously injected in separate mould cavities. These lie on opposite sides of a divided moulding core (23). Claims (5)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines spritzgegossenen Körpers, insbesondere einer Bogendüse für Spülmaschinen, der aus zwei Hälften 11, 12 zusammengesetzt ist, mit den Schrit­ ten:
  • - gleichzeitiges Spritzen der beiden Körperhälf­ ten (11, 12) in gesonderten Hohlräumen einer gemein­ samen Spritzgießform (20), wobei die Hohlräume auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten eines geteilten Form­ kerns (23) angeordnet sind,
  • - Öffnen der Spritzgießform (20), wobei die Körperhälf­ ten (11, 12) in der Form (20) festgehalten werden, sich aber vom geteilten Formkern (23) lösen,
  • - Auseinanderfahren des Formkerns (23), so daß sich die beiden Körperhälften (11, 12) unmittelbar gegenüber­ stehen,
  • - Koppelung der beiden Körperhälften (11, 12) durch Aufeinanderdrücken mittels mindestens eines Teils (24, 25; 26, 27) der Spritzgießform (20).
1. A method for producing an injection molded body, in particular an arc nozzle for dishwashers, which is composed of two halves 11, 12, with the steps:

  • - Coupling the two body halves ( 11 , 12 ) by pressing them together by means of at least one part ( 24 , 25 ; 26 , 27 ) of the injection mold ( 20 ).
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Körperhälften (11, 12) gleichzeitig in einer Spritzgießform (20) gegossen und montiert werden. 2. Spritzgießform zur Herstellung eines aus zwei Hälf­ ten (11, 12) zusammengesetzten Körpers (10) nach dem Ver­ fahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei in axialer Richtung gegenüber einem da zwischen­ liegenden geteilten Formkern (23) verfahrbare Formtei­ le (21, 22) aufweist, von denen der eine Teil (21) zusam­ men mit dem Formkern (23) mindestens einen ersten Hohlraum zur Formung der ersten Körperhälfte (11) und der zweite Formteil (22) zusammen mit dem Formkern (23) mindestens einen zweiten Hohlraum zur Formung der zweiten Körperhälf­ te (12) bildet, wobei der Formkern (23) senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung der beiden Formteile (21, 22) ausein­ anderfahrbar ist und wobei mindestens einer der beiden Formteile (21, 22) einen beweglichen Abschnitt (24, 25; 26, 27) zum Aufeinanderdrücken der Körperhälften aufweist.4.
