Description
Die Erfindung betrifft Tensidgemische mit einem Gehalt an ausgewählten Zuckertensiden und Fett
säureamidethercarbonsäuren sowie deren Verwendung zur Herstellung von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln.
Zuckertenside vom Typ der Alkyloligoglucoside und Fettsäure-N-alkylglucamide haben in den letzten
Jahren wegen ihrer ausgezeichneten anwendungstechnischen Eigenschaften und guten ökotoxi
kologischen Verträglichkeit als Bestandteile beispielsweise von Haarshampoos und Handgeschirr
spülmitteln, Dusch- und Badepräparaten zunehmend an Bedeutung gewonnen. Aus der Europäischen
Patentschrift EP-B1 0070074 (Procter & Gamble) ist zudem bekannt, daß Alkyloligoglucoside mit einer
Reihe von anionischen Tensiden Synergien im Schaumvermögen zeigen. Aus den beiden Offen
legungsschriften EP-A2 0384983 und EP-A1 0572776 (Hüls) sind Mischungen von Alkylpolyglucosi
den und Ethercarbonsäuren auf Basis von Fettalkoholethoxylaten bekannt, deren Schaumvermögen,
insbesondere bei Fettbelastung, jedoch zu Wünschen übrig läßt und deren hautkosmetische Verträg
lichkeit ebenfalls nicht voll zufriedenstellend ist. Über Zubereitungen, die unter anderem Alkylpoly
glucoside und Fettalkoholethercarbonsäuren enthalten, berichtet auch Denzer in SÖFW-Journal 120
772 (1994). In diesem Zusammenhang sei auf die Europäische Patentanmeldung EP-A1 0364744
verwiesen, aus der Tensidmischungen auf Basis von Alkylglucosiden und spezielle Dicarboxylate
bekannt sind, wobei letzte jedoch keine ausreichende dermatologische Verträglichkeit aufweisen.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung hat indes darin bestanden, die bekannten Mischungen des Stands der
Technik zu verbessern und Gemische auf Basis von Zuckertensiden und Ethercarbonsäuren zur Verfü
gung zu stellen, die frei von den geschilderten Nachteilen sind und sich insbesondere durch einen er
giebigen und stabilen Schaum, ein angenehmes Haut- und Haargefühl sowie eine verbesserte hautkos
metische Verträglichkeit auszeichnen.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Tensidgemische, enthaltend
- (a1) Alkyl- und/oder Alkenyloligoglykoside und/oder
- (a2) Fettsäure-N-alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamide und
- (b) Fettsäureamidethercarbonsäuren der Formel (IV),
R1CO-NH-(CH2CH2O)nCH2COOX (IV)
in der R1O für einen linearen oder verzweigten Acylrest mit 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, n für Zahlen von 1 bis 10 und X für Wasserstoff oder ein Alkali- und/oder Erdalkalimetall, Ammonium, Alkylammonium, Alkanolammonium oder Glucammonium steht.
Während Mischungen der genannten Zuckertenside mit konventionellen Ethercarbonsäuren bzw. deren
Salzen nur ein durchschnittliches Schaumvermögen und eine nicht immer zufriedenstellende hautkos
metische Verträglichkeit zeigen, erweisen sich die erfindungsgemäßen Gemische überraschenderweise
nicht nur signifikant schaumstärker, sondern sind auch weitaus milder zur Haut.
Alkyl- und Alkenyloligoglykoside stellen die Komponente (a1) dar. Es handelt sich um bekannte
nichtionische Tenside, die der Formel (II) folgen,

in der R2 für einen Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylrest mit 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, G für einen Zuckerrest
mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen und p für Zahlen von 1 bis 10 steht. Sie können nach den einschlä
gigen Verfahren der präparativen organischen Chemie erhalten werden. Stellvertretend für das um
fangreiche Schrifttum sei hier auf die Schriften EP-A1 0301298 und WO 90103977 verwiesen.
Die Alkyl- und/oder Alkenyloligoglykoside können sich von Aldosen bzw. Ketosen mit 5 oder 6 Kohlen
stoffatomen, vorzugsweise der Glucose ableiten. Die bevorzugten Alkyl- und/oder Alkenyloligoglykoside
sind somit Alkyl- und/oder Alkenyloligoglucoside. Die Indexzahl p in der allgemeinen Formel (II) gibt
den Oligomerisierungsgrad (DP), d. h. die Verteilung von Mono- und Oligoglykosiden an und steht für
eine Zahl zwischen 1 und 10. Während p in einer gegebenen Verbindung stets ganzzahlig sein muß
und hier vor allem die Werte p : 1 bis 6 annehmen kann, ist der Wert p für ein bestimmtes Alkyl
oligoglykosid eine analytisch ermittelte rechnerische Größe, die meistens eine gebrochene Zahl dar
stellt. Vorzugsweise werden Alkyl- und/oder Alkenyloligoglykoside mit einem mittleren Oligomerisie
rungsgrad p von 1,1 bis 3,0 eingesetzt. Aus anwendungstechnischer Sicht sind solche Alkyl- und/oder
Alkenyloligoglykoside bevorzugt, deren Oligomerisierungsgrad kleiner als 1,7 ist und insbesondere
zwischen 1,2 und 1,4 liegt. Der Alkyl- bzw. Alkenylrest R2 kann sich von primären Alkoholen mit 4 bis
11, vorzugsweise 8 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen ableiten. Typische Beispiele sind Butanol, Capron
alkohol, Caprylalkohol, Caprinalkohol und Undecylalkohol sowie deren technische Mischungen, wie sie
beispielsweise bei der Hydrierung von technischen Fettsäuremethylestern oder im Verlauf der
Hydrierung von Aldehyden aus der Roelen'schen Oxosynthese erhalten werden. Bevorzugt sind Alkyl
oligoglucoside der Kettenlänge C8-C10 (DP = 1 bis 3), die als Vorlauf bei der destillativen Auftrennung
von technischem C8-C18-Kokosfettalkohol anfallen und mit einem Anteil von weniger als 6 Gew.-% C12-
Alkohol verunreinigt sein können sowie Alkyloligoglucoside auf Basis technischer C9/11-Oxoalkohole
(DP = 1 bis 3). Der Alkyl- bzw. Alkenylrest R2 kann sich ferner auch von primären Alkoholen mit 12 bis
22, vorzugsweise 12 bis 14 Kohlenstoffatomen ableiten. Typische Beispiele sind Laurylalkohol,
Myristylalkohol, Cetylalkohol, Palmoleylalkohol, Stearylalkohol, Isostearylalkohol, Oleylalkohol, Elaidyl
alkohol, Petroselinylalkohol, Arachylalkohol, Gadoleylalkohol, Behenylalkohol, Erncylalkohol, Brassidyl
alkohol sowie deren technische Gemische, die wie oben beschrieben erhalten werden können. Bevor
zugt sind Alkyloligoglucoside auf Basis von gehärtetem C12/14-Kokosalkohol mit einem DP von 1 bis 3.
Die Alkyl- und/oder Alkenyloligoglykoside können alleine oder auch in technischen Mischungen mit
Fettalkoholen der korrespondierenden Kettenlänge eingesetzt werden. Entsprechende Produkte sind
beispielsweise unter der Marke Emulgade® PL 1618 (Henkel KGaA) im Handel erhältlich.
Fettsäure-N-alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamide, die als Komponente (a2) in Betracht kommen, stellen bekann
te nichtionische Tenside dar, die der Formel (III) folgen,
in der R4CO für einen aliphatischen Acylrest mit 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, R4 für Wasserstoff, einen
Alkyl- oder Hydroxyalkylrest mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen und [Z] für einen linearen oder verzweigten
Polyhydroxyalkylrest mit 3 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen und 3 bis 10 Hydroxylgruppen steht. Bei den
Fettsäure-N-alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamiden handelt es sich um bekannte Stoffe, die üblicherweise durch
reduktive Aminierung eines reduzierenden Zuckers mit einem Alkylamin oder einem Alkanolamin und
nachfolgende Acylierung mit einer Fettsäure, einem Fettsäurealkylester oder einem Fettsäurechlorid
erhalten werden können. Hinsichtlich der Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung sei auf die US Patentschriften
US 1,985,424, US 2,016,962 und UMS 2,703,798 sowie die Internationale Patentanmeldung WO
92/06984 verwiesen. Eine Übersicht zu diesem Thema von H.Kelkenberg findet sich in Tens.Surf.Det.
25, 8 (1988). Vorzugsweise leiten sich die Fettsäure-N-alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamide von reduzierenden
Zuckern mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere von der Glucose ab. Die bevorzugten Fett
säure-N-alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamide stellen daher Fettsäure-N-alkylglucamide dar, wie sie durch die
Formel (IV) wiedergegeben werden:
Vorzugsweise werden als Fettsäure-N-alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamide Glucamide der Formel (IV) einge
setzt, in der R4 für Wasserstoff oder eine Alkylgruppe steht und R3CO für den Acylrest der Capron
säure, Caprylsäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Palmoleinsäure, Stearin
säure, Isostearinsäure, Ölsäure, Elaidinsäure, Petroselinsäure, Linolsäure, Linolensäure, Arachinsäure,
Gadoleinsäure, Behensäure oder Erucasäure bzw. derer technischer Mischungen steht. Besonders
bevorzugt sind Fettsäure-N-alkylglucamide der Formel (IV), die durch reduktive Aminierung von Glu
cose mit Methylamin und anschließende Acylierung mit Laurinsäure oder C12/14-Kokosfettsäure bzw.
einem entsprechenden Derivat erhalten werden. Weiterhin können sich die Polyhydroxyalkylamide
auch von Maltose und Palatinose ableiten.
Auch die Verwendung der Fettsäure-N-alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamide ist Gegenstand einer Vielzahl von
Veröffentlichungen. Aus der Europäischen Patentanmeldung EP-A1 0285768 (Hüls) ist beispielsweise
ihr Einsatz als Verdickungsmittel bekannt. In der Französischen Offenlegungsschrift FR-A 1580491
(Henkel) werden wäßrige Detergensgemische auf Basis von Sulfaten und/oder Sulfonaten, Niotensiden
und gegebenenfalls Seifen beschrieben, die Fettsäure-N-alkylglucamide als Schaumregulatoren ent
halten. Mischungen von kurz- und längerkettigen Glucamiden werden in der Deutschen Patentschrift
DE-C1 44 00 632 (Henkel) beschrieben. In den Deutschen Offenlegungsschriften DE-A1 42 36 958 und
DE-A1 43 09 567 (Henkel) wird ferner über den Einsatz von Glucamiden mit längeren Alkylresten als
Pseudoceramide in Hautpflegemitteln sowie über Kombinationen von Glucamiden mit Proteinhydro
lysaten und kationischen Tensiden in Haarpflegeprodukten berichtet. Gegenstand der Internationalen
Patentanmeldungen WO 92/06153; WO 92/06156; WO 92/06157; WO 92/06158; WO 92/06159 und
WO 92/06160 (Procter & Gamble) sind Mischungen von Fettsäure-N-alkylglucamiden mit anionischen
Tensiden, Tensiden mit Sulfat und/oder Sulfonatstruktur, Ethercarbonsäuren, Ethersulfaten, Methyl
estersulfonaten und nichtionischen Tensiden. Die Verwendung dieser Stoffe in den unterschiedlichsten
Wasch-, Spül- und Reinigungsmitteln wird in den Internationalen Patentanmeldungen WO 92/06152,
WO 92/06154; WO 92/06155; WO 92/06161; WO 92/06162; WO 92/06164; WO 92/06170; WO
92/06171 und WO 92/06172 (Procter & Gamble) beschrieben.
Fettsäureamidethercarbonsäuren, die die Komponente (b) bilden, stellen ebenfalls bekannte anioni
sche Tenside dar, die nach den einschlägigen Verfahren der präparativen organischen Chemie erhal
ten werden können. Zwei Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung bestehen beispielsweise darin, Fettsäure
amide, vorzugsweise Fettsäuremonoethanolamide, zunächst mit Ethylenoxid umzusetzen und die
Additionsprodukte anschließend in an sich bekannter Weise entweder mit Natriumchloracetat zu
kondensieren oder aber in Gegenwart von homogenen Übergangsmetallkatalysatoren mit Sauerstoff zu
oxidieren. Typische Beispiele sind Fettsäureamidethercarbonsäuren in Form ihrer Natrium-, Kalium- oder
Magnesiumsalze, die sich von Addukten von 1 bis 10 und vorzugsweise 2 bis 7 Mol Ethylenoxid
an die Amide von Capronsäure, Caprylsäure, 2-Ethylhexansäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure,
Isotridecansäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Palmoleinsäure, Stearinsäure, Isostearinsäure, Ölsäure,
Elaidinsäure, Petroselinsäure, Linolsäure, Linolensäure, Elaeostearinsäure, Arachinsäure, Gadolein
säure, Behensäure und Erucasäure sowie deren technische Mischungen ableiten. Besonders bevor
zugt sind Kokosfettsäureamid+5EO-ethercarbonsäure-Natriumsalz, Laurinsäureamid+7EO-ethercar
bonsäure-Kaliumsalz und Isostearinsäureamid+3EO-ethercarbonsäure-Magnesiumsalz.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Gemische können die Komponenten (a) und (b) im Gewichtsverhältnis von 10 : 90 bis 90 : 10, vorzugsweise 25 : 75 bis 75 : 25 und insbesondere 40 : 60 bis 60 : 40 enthalten.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Tensidgemische zeichnen sich durch einen besonders ergiebigen und cremi
gen Schaum aus, der auch in Gegenwart von Fett und Wasserhärte stabil ist. Gleichzeitig bewirken die
Mischungen ein angenehmes Haar- und Hautgefühl und sind bezüglich ihrer hautkosmetischen
Verträglichkeit ausgezeichnet zu beurteilen. Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung betrifft daher ihre
Verwendung zur Herstellung von kosmetischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen, insbeson
dere Haar- und Hautpflege- und -reinigungsmitteln sowie manuellen Geschirrspülmitteln, in denen sie in
Mengen von 1 bis 50, vorzugsweise 3 bis 25 Gew.-% - bezogen auf die Mittel - enthalten sein können.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Tensidmischungen können in untergeordneten Mengen weitere, mit den
anderen Inhaltsstoffen kompatible Tenside enthalten. Typische Beispiele sind Fettalkoholpolyglycol
ethersulfate, Monoglyceridsulfate, Mono- und/oder Dialkylsulfosuccinate, Fettsäureisethionate, Fett
säuresarcosinate, Fettsäuretauride, Ethercarbonsäuren, Alkylamidobetaine und/oder vorzugsweise
pflanzliche Proteinfettsäurekondensate.
Kosmetische Zubereitungen, wie beispielsweise Haarshampoos, Haarlotionen oder Schaumbäder, kön
nen ferner als weitere Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe Emulgatoren, Überfettungsmittel, Konsistenzgeber, Ver
dickungsmittel, Kationpolymere, Siliconverbindungen, biogene Wirkstoffe, Filmbildner, Konservierungs
mittel, Farb- und Duftstoffe enthalten.
Als Emulgatoren bzw. Co-Emulgatoren können nichtionogene, ampholytische und/oder zwitter
ionische grenzflächenaktive Verbindungen verwendet werden, die sich durch eine lipophile, bevorzugt
lineare Alkyl- oder Alkenylgruppe und mindestens eine hydrophile Gruppe auszeichnen. Diese hydro
phile Gruppe kann sowohl eine ionogene als auch eine nichtionogene Gruppe sein. Nichtionogene
Emulgatoren enthalten als hydrophile Gruppe z. B. eine Polyolgruppe, eine Polyalkylenglycolether
gruppe oder eine Kombination aus Polyol- und Polyglycolethergruppe.
Bevorzugt sind solche Mittel, die als O/W-Emulgatoren nichtionogene Tenside aus mindestens einer
der folgenden Gruppen enthalten:
- (a1) Anlagerungsprodukte von 2 bis 30 Mol Ethylenoxid und/oder 0 bis 5 Mol Propylenoxid an lineare Fettalkohole mit 8 bis 22 C-Atomen, an Fettsäuren mit 12 bis 22 C-Atomen und an Alkylphenole mit 8 bis 15 C-Atomen in der Alkylgruppe;
- (a2) C12/18-Fettsäuremono- und -diester von Anlagerungsprodukten von 1 bis 30 Mol Ethylenoxid an Glycerin;
- (a3) Glycerinmono- und -diester und Sorbitanmono- und -diester von gesättigten und ungesättigten Fettsäuren mit 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen und deren Ethylenoxidanlagerungsprodukte;
- (a4) Anlagerungsprodukte von 15 bis 60 Mol Ethylenoxid an Ricinusöl und/oder gehärtetes Ricinusöl;
- (a5) Polyol- und insbesondere Polyglycerinester wie z. B. Polyglycerinpolyricinoleat oder Polyglyce rinpoly-12-hydroxystearat. Ebenfalls geeignet sind Gemische von Verbindungen aus mehreren dieser Substanzklassen.
Die Anlagerungsprodukte von Ethylenoxid und/oder von Propylenoxid an Fettalkohole, Fettsäuren, Al
kylphenole, Glycerinmono- und -diester sowie Sorbitanmono- und -diester von Fettsäuren oder an Rici
nusöl stellen bekannte, im Handel erhältliche Produkte dar. Es handelt sich dabei um Homologengemi
sche, deren mittlerer Alkoxylierungsgrad dem Verhältnis der Stoffmengen von Ethylenoxid und/oder
Propylenoxid und Substrat, mit denen die Anlagerungsreaktion durchgeführt wird, entspricht. C12/18-
Fettsäuremono- und -diester von Anlagerungsprodukten von Ethylenoxid an Glycerin sind aus DE-PS 20 24 051
als Rückfettungsmittel für kosmetische Zubereitungen bekannt.
Weiterhin können als Emulgatoren zwitterionische Tenside verwendet werden. Als zwitterionische
Tenside werden solche oberflächenaktiven Verbindungen bezeichnet, die im Molekül mindestens eine
quartäre Ammoniumgruppe und mindestens eine Carboxylat- und eine Sulfonatgruppe tragen.
Besonders geeignete zwitterionische Tenside sind die sogenannten Betaine wie die N-Alkyl-N,N-
dimethylammoniumglycinate, beispielsweise das Kokosalkyldimethylammoniumglycinat, N-Acylamino
propyl-N,N-dimethylammoniumglycinate, beispielsweise das Kokosacylaminopropyldimethylammonium
glycinat, und 2-Alkyl-3-carboxylmethyl-3-hydroxyethylimidazoline mit jeweils 8 bis 18 C-Atomen in der
Alkyl- oder Acylgruppe sowie das Kokosacylaminoethylhydroxyethylcarboxymethylglycinat. Besonders
bevorzugt ist das unter der CTFA-Bezeichnung Cocamidopropyl Betaine bekannte Fettsäureamid-
Derivat. Ebenfalls geeignete Emulgatoren sind ampholytische Tenside. Unter ampholytischen Tensiden
werden solche oberflächenaktiven Verbindungen verstanden, die außer einer C8/18-Alkyl- oder -Acyl
gruppe im Molekül mindestens eine freie Aminogruppe und mindestens eine -COOH- oder -SO3H-
Gruppe enthalten und zur Ausbildung innerer Salze befähigt sind. Beispiele für geeignete ampho
lytische Tenside sind N-Alkylglycine, N-Alkylpropionsäuren, N-Alkylaminobuttersäuren, N-Alkyliminodi
propionsäuren, N-Hydroxyethyl-N-alkylamidopropylglycine, N-Alkyltaurine, N-Alkylsarcosine, 2-Alkyl
aminopropionsäuren und Alkylaminoessigsäuren mit jeweils etwa 8 bis 18 C-Atomen in der Alkyl
gruppe. Besonders bevorzugte ampholytische Tenside sind das N-Kokosalkylaminopropionat, das
Kokosacylaminoethylaminopropionat und das C12/18-Acylsarcosin.
Als W/O-Emulgatoren kommen in Betracht:
- (b1) Anlagerungsprodukte von 2 bis 15 Mol Ethylenoxid an Ricinusöl und/oder gehärtetes Ricinusöl;
- (b2) Partialester auf Basis linearer, verzweigter, ungesättigter bzw. gesättigter C12/22-Fettsäuren, Ricinolsäure sowie 12-Hydroxystearinsäure und Glycerin, Polyglycerin, Pentaerythrit, Dipenta erythrit, Zuckeralkohole (z. B. Sorbit) sowie Polyglucoside (z. B. Cellulose);
- (b3) Trialkylphosphate;
- (b4) Wollwachsalkohole;
- (b5) Polysiloxan-Polyalkyl-Polyether-Copolymere bzw. entsprechende Derivate,
- (b6) Mischester aus Pentaerythrit, Fettsäuren, Citronensäure und Fettalkohol gemäß DE-PS 11 65 574 sowie
- (b7) Polyalkylenglycole.
Als Überfettungsmittel können Substanzen wie beispielsweise polyethoxylierte Lanolindenvate,
Lecithinderivate, Polyolfettsäureester, Monoglyceride und Fettsäurealkanolamide verwendet werden,
wobei die letzteren gleichzeitig als Schaumstabilisatoren dienen. Als Konsistenzgeber kommen in er
ster Linie Fettalkohole mit 12 bis 22 und vorzugsweise 16 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen in Betracht. Be
vorzugt ist eine Kombination dieser Stoffe mit Alkyloligoglucosiden und/oder Fettsäure-N-methyl
glucamiden gleicher Ketten lange und/oder Polyglycerinpoly-12-hydroxystearaten. Geeignete Verdic
kungsmittel sind beispielsweise Polysaccharide, insbesondere Xanthan-Gum, Guar-Guar, Agar-Agar,
Alginate und Tylosen, Carboxymethylcellulose und Hydroxyethylcellulose, ferner höhermolekulare
Polyethylenglycolmono- und -diester von Fettsäuren, Polyacrylate, Polyvinylalkohol und Polyvinylpyrro
lidon, Tenside wie beispielsweise Fettalkoholethoxylate mit eingeengter Homologenverteilung oder
Alkyloligoglucoside sowie Elektrolyte wie Kochsalz und Ammoniumchlorid.
Geeignete kationische Polymere sind beispielsweise kationischen Cellulosederivate, kationischen
Stärke, Copolymere von Diallylammoniumsalzen und Acrylamiden, quaternierte Vinylpyrrolidon/Vinyl
imidazol-Polymere wie z. B. Luviquat® (BASF AG, Ludwigshafen/FRG), Kondensationsprodukte von
Polyglycolen und Aminen, quaternierte Kollagenpolypeptide wie beispielsweise Lauryldimonium
hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed collagen (Lamequat®L, Grünau GmbH), quaternierte Weizenpolypeptide,
Polyethylenimin, kationische Siliconpolymere wie z. B. Amidomethicone oder Dow Corning, Dow Cor
ning Co./US, Copolymere der Adipinsäure und Dimethylaminohydroxypropyldiethylentrimamin (Carta
retine®, Sandoz/CH), Polyaminopolyamide wie z. B. beschrieben in der FR-A 22 52 840 sowie deren
vernetzte wasserlöslichen Polymere, kationische Chitinderivate wie beispielsweise quaterniertes Chito
san, gegebenenfalls mikrokristallin verteilt, kationischer Guar-Gum wie z. B. Jaguar® CBS, Jaguar® C-
17, Jaguar® C-16 der Celanese/US, quaternierte Ammoniumsalz-Polymere wie z. B. Mirnpol® A-15,
Mirapol® AD-1, Mirapol® AZ-1 der Miranol/US.
Geeignete Siliconverbindungen sind beispielsweise Dimethylpolysiloxane, Methyl-phenylpolysiloxane,
cyclische Silicone sowie amino-, fettsäure-, alkohol-, polyether-, epoxy-, fluor- und/oder alkylmodifizierte
Siliconverbindungen. Unter biogenen Wirkstoffen sind beispielsweise Pflanzenextrakte und Vita
minkomplexe zu verstehen. Gebräuchliche Filmbildner sind beispielsweise Chitosan, mikrokristallines
Chitosan, quaterniertes Chitosan, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Vinylpyrrolidon-Vinylacetat-Copolymerisate, Poly
mere der Acrylsäurereihe, quaternäre Cellulose-Derivate, Kollagen, Hyaluronsäure bzw. deren Salze
und ahnliche Verbindungen. Als Konservierungsmittel eignen sich beispielsweise Phenoxyethanol,
Formaldehydlosung, Parabene, Pentandiol oder Sorbinsäure. Als Perlglanzmittel kommen beispiels
weise Glycoldistearinsäureester wie Ethylenglycoldistearat, aber auch Fettsäuremonoglycolester in Be
tracht. Als Farbstoffe können die für kosmetische Zwecke geeigneten und zugelassenen Substanzen
verwendet werden, wie sie beispielsweise in der Publikation Kosmetische Färbemittel der Farb
stoffkommission der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft, Verlag Chemie, Weinheim, 1984,
S.81-106 zusammengestellt sind. Diese Farbstoffe werden üblicherweise in Konzentrationen von 0,001
bis 0,1 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die gesamte Mischung, eingesetzt.
Der Gesamtanteil der Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe kann 1 bis 50, vorzugsweise 5 bis 40 Gew.-% - bezogen
auf die Mittel - betragen.
Das Schaumvermögen der Tensidmischungen wurde nach dem Ross-Miles Test bestimmt. Hierzu
wurden 10 Gew.-%ige Testlösungen in Wasser von 16°d hergestellt, auf einen Aktivsubstanzgehalt von
1 Gew.-% verdünnt und der Basisschaum sowie die Schaumhöhe als Funktion der Zeit in Anwesenheit
von 1 Gew.-% Sebum bestimmt. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 1 zusammengefaßt. (Prozentangaben
als Gew.-%).

Claims (5)
1. Tensidgemische, enthaltend
- (a1) Alkyl- und/oder Alkenyloligoglykoside und/oder
- (a2) Fettsäure-N-alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamide und
- (b) Fettsäureamidethercarbonsäuren der Formel (1),R1CO-NH-(CH2CH2O)nCH2COOX (I)in der R1CO für einen linearen oder verzweigten Acylrest mit 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, n für Zahlen von 1 bis 10 und X für Wasserstoff oder ein Alkali- und/oder Erdalkalimetall, Ammonium, Alkylammonium, Alkanolammonium oder Glucammonium steht.
2. Tensidgemische nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Alkyl- und Alkenyl
oligoglykoside der Formel (II) einsetzt,R2O-[G]p (II)in der R2 für einen Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylrest mit 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, G für einen Zucker
rest mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen und p für Zahlen von 1 bis 10 steht.
3. Tensidgemische nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Fettsäure-N-
alkylpolyhydroxyalkylamide der Formel (III) einsetzt,
in der R3CO für einen aliphatischen Acylrest mit 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, R4 für Wasserstoff, einen Alkyl- oder Hydroxyalkylrest mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen und [Z] für einen linearen oder verzweigten Polyhydroxyalkylrest mit 3 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen und 3 bis 10 Hydroxylgruppen steht.
in der R3CO für einen aliphatischen Acylrest mit 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, R4 für Wasserstoff, einen Alkyl- oder Hydroxyalkylrest mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen und [Z] für einen linearen oder verzweigten Polyhydroxyalkylrest mit 3 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen und 3 bis 10 Hydroxylgruppen steht.
4. Tensidgemische nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Kom
ponenten (a) und (b) im Gewichtsverhältnis 10 : 90 bis 90 : 10 einsetzt.
5. Verwendung von Tensidgemischen nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4 zur Herstellung von kosme
tischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen sowie Handgeschirrspülmitteln.
