Abstract

Glasses and beer mugs with different capacities and shapes are automatically filled with the appropriate amounts of beer. Characteristics of the drinking vessels, such as empty weight and height are input to a microcomputer. The desired amount to fill the glass or mug and the vessel height are automatically detected by the microcomputer depending on the empty weight of the vessel. The foam head which occurs when the vessel is filled is controlled to an adjustable height above the rim of the vessel. A programme in the microcomputer optimises the filling process.

Description

Problemproblem

Es ist bekannt, daß das Abfüllen von Bier eine zeitaufwendige, personalintensive Tätigkeit ist, wennFilling beer is known to be a time-consuming, labor-intensive activity if

  • a) die bestellte (behältnisspezifische) Menge Bier ausgegeben werden solla) the ordered (reserve-specific) amount of beer is to be dispensed
  • b) eine ästhetische, appetitliche Schaumkrone erzeugt werden sollb) an aesthetic, appetizing foam crown is to be created
  • c) in möglichst kurzer Zeit abgefüllt werden sollc) should be filled in the shortest possible time
  • d) möglichst wenig Bier durch unnötiges Überschäumen verlorengehen soll.d) as little beer as possible should be lost due to unnecessary foaming.
Erreichte VorteileAchieved advantages

Die mit der Erfindung erreichten Vorteile beruhen insbesondere darin, daßThe advantages achieved with the invention are, in particular, that

  • - mit minimalem Zeitaufwand Bier in Gläser oder Krüge mit optimalem Abfüllergebnis abgefüllt werden kann:- Bottled beer in glasses or jugs with optimal filling results with a minimum of time can be:
  • - Kein Verlust durch Überschäumen- No loss due to foaming
  • - Zeitersparnis beim Abfüllen- Time saving when filling
  • - die ausgegebene Menge entspricht der bestellten/vorgewählten Menge, d. h. sowohl die Gäste als auch der Wirt sind zufrieden.- the quantity issued corresponds to the ordered / preselected quantity, d. H. both the guests as well as the landlord are satisfied.
Weitere AusgestaltungFurther configuration

Durch eine automatische Glaszustelleinrichtung wird ein "servierfertiges" Glas automatisch zur Seite geschoben, akustisch/optisch signalisiert und ein leeres Glas in Einfüllposition ge bracht. An automatic glass delivery device automatically turns a "ready to serve" glass pushed to the side, acoustically / optically signaled and an empty glass in the filling position brings.

Beschreibung des Ausführungsbeispiels Abb. 1Description of the embodiment Fig. 1

After placing the drinking vessel ( 6 ) on the weighing platform ( 5 ) of the device, after recognizing the weight jump delta G, the drinking vessel is identified with volume and vessel height and the weighing device is then automatically tared. The metering valve ( 8 ) is opened. The filling process begins. According to the rate of climb and the height of the foam surface, the flow rate through the metering valve ( 8 ) is successively reduced and finally switched off when the foam surface has reached the set upper limit. After the foam head has dropped by an adjustable amount, the filling process continues until the preselected amount of liquid (weight) is filled.
