Description
The present invention relates to a fountain a water tank and one with this to form a structural unit combined plant container, the water container the Fountain part forms and a pump and riser for has the formation of a water fountain and the Plant container is suitable for holding a substrate in that plants are planted. Such fountains can be used as indoor fountains or set up in entrance halls of buildings or the like will. Traditionally, they are mainly used for decorative purposes Purposes both with regard to the fountain part as well as for the plant container with plants. In highly frequented rooms in which there are many people stop and also in rooms where there is smoking desirable to improve indoor air quality too achieve. The existing ventilation systems are common insufficient.
From DE 34 13 198 (A1) is a fountain with a Water container of the type mentioned above. At This well-known fountain is a facility for Purification of the room air provided, by means of a Blown air through the cascading water of the Fountain is blown through to become one Air purification to come. Firstly, the construction of the Fountain in the area where the water runs off, relatively complex and secondly for air purification only air is used that comes from the room in which the Fountain is located, is sucked. The room air will thus circulated and not with additional oxygen enriched.
From Japanese Patent Abstracts 6-63 476 (A) is one Water nozzle known, with the help of which it is possible to water enrich with air bubbles. This is done using a sieve Water jet separated and it is made from side openings Sucked in air. Also in this known device however no enrichment with external oxygen is provided.
The object of the present invention is therefore a fountain of the type mentioned at the beginning create that is capable of an even more effective improvement to ensure the indoor air.
A solution according to the invention provides this object Fountain of the type mentioned at the beginning with the characteristic features of the main claim. According to the Invention is a container connected to the water container, which contains an oxygen donor that is in contact occur with the circulating water of the Water tank releases oxygen, which then over a water film formed by the water fountain of the riser is released into the ambient air. This water film of the Fountain has a relatively large surface area and sets thus a comparatively high amount of oxygen is released, if the water with the help of the oxygen dispenser Oxygen is enriched. This oxygen dispenser can for example in powder form, tablet form or as liquid additive are mixed with the water, which is then in the Fountain is pumped in the circuit. It is only important that the oxygen donor is a means that is designed that it is as slow as possible and thus over a larger one Period gives oxygen as evenly as possible. If the Oxygen dispenser that has been consumed is what after a predictable and z. B. on one Period of time, oxygen dispenser is added to the water again. This can according to a preferred embodiment of the invention done that in connection with the water tank standing tube is present, which from above with the Powder, tablets or the liquid can be filled.
Because the fountain part due to the in the water film relatively large surface area in the water tank returning water a relatively high evaporation has, according to a preferred development, the Invention a level indicator for the water tank provided at which the level of the water in Water tank can be read so that the user at Water falls below a certain minimum level can refill.
The water tank preferably has one in the upper region Heel on which a sieve plate rests, through which the from the water film down into the water reservoir backflowing water runs off. According to a preferred Variant of the invention, one can on this screen plate Put on the filter mat so that there are no contaminants in the refluxing water through which Filter fleece mat are filtered out. After some time you can then replace the filter mat with a fresh one change.
According to a preferred development of the invention, one can also use the planter to block the ambient air clean by using a fan for the planter provides the air from the environment into that as a cavity trained interior of the fountain. In the Wall of the planter can then be inside Filter mats may be provided so that the air passes through them Openings in the part of the substrate filled with substrate Plant container emerges and through the substrate filtered into the ambient air. Such Filter effect results in particular in that The roots of the plants are planted into the substrate and these plant roots are diverse due to biological processes Absorb or convert pollutants from the environment.
More preferably, in the lower region of the Plant container can be provided a reservoir for water via a filler neck of the planter from above can be filled. The plants are over from this reservoir Capillary wick supplied with water.
The plant container can also have a shoulder in the lower area have, on which you put a closed plate that separates the planter into an upper area for the substrate and in a lower area for the Water reservoir. This avoids that the substrate in the water reservoir arrives. The fan is preferred on a side wall of the fountain and below the Plant container arranged so that the air laterally sucked in and then up and preferably through the Side walls of the planter flows in these.
Dabei zeigenIn the following the present invention is based on a Embodiment with reference to the accompanying Drawings described in more detail. Show
Fig. 1 eine schematisch vereinfachte Seitenansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Springbrunnens im teilweisen Schnitt; Figure 1 is a schematically simplified side view of a fountain according to the invention in partial section.
Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf den erfindungsgemäßen Springbrunnen gemäß Fig. 1; FIG. 2 shows a top view of the fountain according to the invention according to FIG. 1;
Fig. 3 is a bottom view of the fountain according to FIGS. 1 and 2.
Reference is first made to FIG. 2, which shows the fountain 10 according to the invention in a top view. As you can see, this has an overall outline, which results if, starting from a circle with the center M, this circle is cut on opposite sides by two smaller circles and the cut area is excluded. The outline shape of the fountain 10 does not exactly correspond to this geometric shape, since the transitions between the concave and the convex areas of the outer wall of the fountain are rounded. The fountain 10 therefore has an outer wall 13 which is composed of four sections, as can be seen in FIG. 2, namely a convex part 13 a, a concave part 13 c adjoining it clockwise, a convex part adjoining it clockwise 13 b and a concave part 13 d adjoining it in a clockwise direction, so that there is an outline shape which is symmetrical with respect to a central plane running through the center M. The fountain 10 has two depressions, namely in the drawing on the left an approximately cylindrical depression for a water container 12 and in the drawing on the right an annular recess which serves as a plant container 11 . The plant container 11 is filled with a plant substrate such as expanded clay or the like, and then plants are placed in this plant substrate. The water tank 12 is filled with water up to a certain fill level 23 , as can be seen from FIG. 1. This water container has a riser 25 , which projects vertically in the middle and axially upwards, which is fed by a pump 19, which is a submersible pump and pumps the water upward through the riser 25 , where it is gushed or water film 26 to the sides , which may be spherical, flows out. Since this water film 26 is relatively thin, the surface area is relatively large in relation to the water volume. Oxygen is released into the ambient air via this water surface. This oxygen comes from an oxygen dispenser, which is added in powder form, tablet form or similar into a tube 18 provided for this purpose and which slowly and steadily releases oxygen into the water in contact with water, which is located in the water container 12 and circulated by the pump 19 becomes.
To clean the circulated water, a sieve plate 21 is provided, which rests on a shoulder 27 of the water container 12 (see FIG. 1) and on which a fleece mat 29 can be placed, so that the water emerging from the riser pipe 25 through the water film 26 through the fleece mat 29 is filtered and then flows back into the water reservoir with the liquid level 23 cleaned under the sieve plate 21 .
As can be seen from FIG. 2, a fill level indicator 14 is provided which shows the user the respective water level in the container 12 . Since constant evaporation takes place, it is necessary to refill water into the water tank 12 and therefore such a fill level indicator 14 is useful.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the fountain 10 according to the invention has, in addition to the water container 12, a planting container 11 which receives a substrate (not shown) so that plants can be planted. As can also be seen, a fan 20 is attached to the side of the plant container, which sucks in ambient air which is used laterally in relation to the fountain and conveys this into the interior of the fountain 10 . From Fig. 1 it can be seen that the interior of the fountain 10 is a cavity 30 closed on all sides. The air pumped into this cavity 30 by the fan 20 can only escape to the outside from this cavity through internal filter mats 31 a in the perforated cylinder wall 31 and thus flows in the direction of the arrow (see FIG. 1). The air therefore escapes into the cylindrical volume of the plant container 11 and must therefore pass through the substrate and the plant roots in order to get back into the ambient air. This results in a filter effect and the air is released into the environment in a cleaned manner and emerges from the plant container 11 upwards.
In the planting container 11 there is a polyethylene plate 22 on a shoulder 28 , which in contrast to the plate of the water container 12 is a closed plate. This plate 22 separates the plant container 11 into an upper part which receives the substrate and a lower space which is below the plate 22 and is filled into the water up to a water level 24 for the plants. A level indicator 32 can also be provided for checking the water level in the plant container 11 . The water is filled from above through the filler neck 33 .
As seen from Fig. 1, the plants are supplied via capillary wicks 34 from the reservoir 24 with water.
