Die in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Schlauchbeutelmaschine 10 hat eine Schlauchformeinrichtung 11 zum Formen eines Schlauches 12 aus einer endlosen, heißsiegelfähigen Packstoffbahn 13. Die Schlauchformeinrichtung 11 besteht aus einer Formschulter 14 und einem mit ihr verbundenen Formrohr 15. Der Formschulter 14 ist eine Rolle 16 zum Zuführen der Packstoffbahn 13 vorgeschaltet. Seitlich des Formrohrs 15 sind einander gegenüberliegend zwei vakuumunterstützte Abzugsbänder 18 zum kontinuierlichen Fördern des Schlauches 12 angeordnet. Unterhalb eines mit dem Formrohr 15 verbundenen Mundstücks 19 befindet sich eine Quernahtsiegeleinrichtung 20 zum Abtrennen einzelner Beutelpackungen vom Schlauch 12. Die Quernahtsiegeleinrichtung 20 besteht aus einem auf- und abbeweglichen Quernahtbackengehäuse 21, an dem zwei horizontal gegeneinander verfahrbare Quernahtschweißbacken 22, 23 befestigt sind. In Höhe der Abzugsbänder 18 ist am Formrohr 15 auf der der Rolle 16 bzw. der zugeführten Packstoffbahn 13 gegenüberliegenden Seite eine Längsnahtsiegeleinrichtung 25 angeordnet. Auf den der Längsnaht 35 gegenüberliegenden Seiten sowie im Bereich der Rollen 36, 37 werden die Schweißbänder 40, 41 durch die von den Siegelbacken 31, 32 abgestrahlte Wärme erhitzt. Somit entsteht zwischen den Schweißbändern 40, 41 und der Längsnaht 35 des Schlauches 12 keine Gleitreibung, vielmehr liegen die Schweißbänder 40, 41 auf der Längsnaht 35 vollflächig auf. Auch findet keine Kraftübertragung in Förderrichtung des Schlauches 12 von den Schweißbändern 40, 41 auf die Längsnaht 35 des Schlauches 12 statt. Weiterhin ist es denkbar, zusätzlich eine Kühleinrichtung für die Längsnaht 35, beispielsweise in Form einer Düse, im Bereich der Leitplatte 48 anzuordnen. Diese Düse kann zusätzlich auch das Umlegen der Längsnaht 35 gegen die Schlauchwand bewirken, so daß in diesem Fall auf die Leitplatte 48 verzichtet werden kann. Sollen mit der erfindungsgemäßen Schlauchbeutelmaschine 10 Polyäthylenfolien geschweißt werden, so sind die Kontaktflächen der Schweißbänder 40, 41 mit der Längsnaht 35 bevorzugt mit Teflon zu beschichten, wodurch ein Anhaften der Schweißbänder 40, 41 an der Längsnaht 35 verhindert wird.In addition, it is noted that both the knurled rollers 46 , 47 and the guide plate 48 represent additional devices of the tubular bag machine 10 which are not absolutely necessary in the case of modified exemplary embodiments of the invention.
