Description
The invention is directed to a double-shell flat roof with a slope Outer shell, which is arranged on support boxes resting on a horizontal roof ceiling and which has a roof skin on its top.
In known flat roofs of this type, the necessary slope of the outer shell can only be different high or wedge-shaped cut support strips can be achieved, which of course then particularly is expensive if it is a roof with internal drainage, d. that is, the outer shell have a slope inclined inwards on all sides to a downpipe arranged there got to. In addition, in these known flat roofs, there is an outer shell formed from wooden formwork directly on the support rails, so that the ventilation of this flat roof is only parallel to can follow the support strips.
The invention is based on the object to train double-shell flat roof of the type specified above so that the necessary slope of the Outer shell can be achieved in the simplest possible way with any arrangement of the downpipes can. At the same time, the ventilation of the roof is to be improved.
In the case of a double-shell flat roof of the type described at the outset, this object is achieved by that the outer shell from a horizontally laid on the support strips Weilplattenlage and from a there is a layer of sloping concrete applied to it.
This design ensures a much simpler substructure for the outer shell, since the support / strips do not have to be adapted to the necessary slope. Rather, this gradient is achieved in a very simple and cost-saving manner by appropriately wiping off the sloping concrete layer applied to the corrugated board layer. In addition, when using the corrugated sheet, which has an excellent bond with the sloping concrete layer, ventilation of the roof is possible in all directions, since the air in the channels formed by the corrugated sheets can also circulate perpendicular to the support strips. As a result of the ventilation taking place in two directions, the cooling effect of the roof according to the invention in summer is also excellent in keeping with the appropriate weather conditions.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the corrugated sheets lie loosely on the support strips with a slight mutual overlap. It has been shown that with a roof designed in this way at its outer corner
B. in Norddeutschland, vorgeschrieben sind.IQ have no special means of anchoring against suction are required, as they are in known Zwcischalendiichern in areas with particularly high wind speeds, such as B. in Northern Germany, are mandatory.
To raise the outer shell of the roof, however The roof ceiling and the vessel can also safely prevent catastrophic weather be connected to each other by anchors. A few anchors are generally sufficient for this in the middle of the roof.

Die Unterseite der Wellplatten 5 biliiet über den Stützlcisten 3 Kanüle 8 für eine Durchlüftung des Flachdaches quer zu den Stützlcisten 3.The rooms of a house are through a roof ceiling 1 of the usual type, for. B. through a reinforced concrete ceiling, with a ribbed ceiling or a steel stone ceiling, closed at the top. This Roof ceiling 1 is provided with a ceiling plaster 2 underneath. On this roof ceiling 1 are at intervals from each other supporting strips 3 laid, between which thermal insulation sheets 4 made of mineral wool are provided are. The support strips 3 carry corrugated sheets 5 with little overlap and without attachment to the Sill strips 3 are arranged. The wave troughs of the corrugated sheets 5 are covered by a layer of falling concrete 6 filled in, which is smoothly deducted on the top according to the required slope and the roof skin 7 carries. The underside of the corrugated sheets 5 forms a cannula 8 via the support box 3 Ventilation of the flat roof across the support boxes 3.
Corrugated sheets 5 made of asbestos cement or an equivalent building material are particularly suitable for the construction of a flat roof according to the invention because of their good compatibility with concrete. The support strips 3 can be formed from impregnated squared timbers, asbestos / cement strips or pumice stones, the asbestos strips having to lie on thermal insulation strips. The thermal insulation sheets 4 are 1 m wide ί ' Λ ΐ commercially available, from which the spacing of the slütz strips 3 results. Gravel concrete B 160, pumice concrete or expanded slate concrete can be used for the concrete layer 6. The slope of this layer 6 is to be aligned with the downpipes, which can be arranged at any point on the flat roof.
Appropriately, suitable anchor bolts with sufficient length are concreted in the middle of the roof, which connect the roof ceiling 1 with the sloping concrete layer in order to lift off in disaster weather to prevent the outer shell.
