Abstract

The water force screw conveyor is of compact design. It comprises a trough, fixture device and power unit, which by pivoting, raising, lowering or sliding in the vertical plane is adjusted to different upper and/or lower water levels. A supply container has a fixed mounting to the end of the upper trough, and is closed at the sides and only open at the top and towards the trough. The water is supplied to this container from above.

Description

Die Erfindung ist in der Energietechnik anzuwenden. In der Offenlegungsschrift DE 41 39 134 A1 des Deutschen Patentamts wird eine Wasserkraftschnecke be­ schrieben. In der Beschreibung und in dem Anspruch 3 der Offenlegungsschrift wird gezeigt daß eine kompakt zusammengebaute Schnecke an wechselnde Ober- und Unterwasserstände angepaßt werden kann. Ein Gelenkanschluß, der in den Zeichnungen Fig. 3 und Fig. 4 der Offenlegungsschrift mit 12 bezeichnet ist, stellt eine dichte Verbindung zwischen Trog und Zulaufleitung her und läßt eine Veränderung des Aufstellungswinkels gegenüber der Zulaufleitung und dem Abschlußwehr zu. Dieser Gelenkanschluß ist schwer herzustellen und auch störanfällig. Die Erfindung will diesen Zustand dadurch verbessern, daß das Oberwasser einem Zulaufbehälter zugeführt wird, der fest mit dem oberen Trogende verbunden ist, aber keine feste Verbindung zu der Zulaufleitung hat. Das Zulaufwasser wird ihm von oben her zugeführt, ohne, daß eine Berührung zwischen der Zulaufleitung und dem Behälter besteht. Durch die Zuführung von oben her geht ein geringer Teil der Fallhöhe verloren, der im allgemeinen unerheblich ist. Wenn aber bei sehr kleinen Fallhöhen auch dieser geringe Verlust vermieden werden soll, wird das Zulaufwasser über das Abschluß­ wehr und die Behälterwand hinweg dem Zulaufbehälter durch eine Heberleitung zugeführt, welche in diesem Fall die Zulaufleitung ist.The invention can be used in energy technology.
