Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for cleaning in filter bags arranged through a bag filter abrupt loading of the interior of the filter hoses with pulsating compressed air. Furthermore concerns the invention an apparatus for performing this Procedure.
With bag filters, the gas to be cleaned usually flows from the outside of the filter bags into the filters hoses in and from inside the filter hoses a clean gas chamber common to all filter bags. To the Cleaning the filter bags serve permanently installed Cleaning devices. These mostly consist of upper compressed air pipes laid half of the filter bags, wel each over a series of filter bags and one to in for each filter hose in this series have compressed air outlet leading each filter hose. There through it becomes possible to filter the filter bags each To apply a series of compressed air blows so that the solid layer of collected on the outside of them the filter bags is released and into a dust collector bunker falls.
Despite such cleaning devices, it occurs in the Practice again and again that bag filters shut down and the filter bags have to be cleaned externally, because their flow resistance through in the filter sludge stuck solids has become too high. The external cleaning of the filter bags causes relative high costs because the usual wet cleaning or the dry cleaning of filter bags is complex and because this removes the filter bags and then have to be reinstalled. Come in addition, that external cleaning leads to environmental problems because the substances removed from the filter bags and at the wet cleaning the cleaning liquid with the ent distant substances are to be treated as special waste.
The problem underlying the invention is a method of the type mentioned at the outset, which a as simple and environmentally friendly cleaning as possible set filter bags of a bag filter allowed. Furthermore, a device for performing this Procedure are created.
The first-mentioned problem is thereby ge according to the invention triggers that every single filter hose the pulsating Compressed air individually using a close to your free En of the probe having a compressed air outlet and the probe into the filter while supplying compressed air hose in or out of it.
By cleaning the individual filter bags with The probe acts through the pulsating pressure air supplied energy only on a small, in the immediate area close to the compressed air outlet of the respective filter hose. This results in a much higher impact energy than with the known Ver drive, according to which the impact energy on each entire interior of the individual filter bags distributed. According to the present invention, therefore, not a go zer filter hose at once, but only one small filter hose area cleaned. By running in the probe into the filter hose or by even The entire filter is removed by pulling it out hose. Thanks to the invention there is a special intensive cleaning, which allows added fil hoses that have been removed and washed or had to be cleaned externally in another way To clean the bag filter so that only relatively short fil downtimes are required.
The second problem, namely the creation of a Device for performing the method in which the Interior of the filter bags of a bag filter butt is acted upon with pulsating compressed air solved according to the invention in that the device can be successively used individually in each filter hose Probe with a compressed air outlet at its free end. Such a device allows a very intensive Rei cleaning of filter bags by cleaning the probe other into the individual filter bags. Here is in many cases the previously required out installation of the filter bags and external cleaning saves.
The probe could be a lance with a Act compressed air outlet near its free end. Especially the probe is simple if, according to a another development of the invention, the probe a übli cher compressed air hose and the compressed air outlet through the free end of this compressed air hose is formed. At With such a probe, the risk is also low that with it the filter bags damaged.
An optimization of the cleaning effect in relation to the dust that is stuck in the bag filter possible if you have an electrical control to set len the pulse duration and pause duration of the compressed air blasts Has.
The invention permits numerous embodiments. For further clarification of their basic principle is one he device according to the invention schematically in the drawing shown and will be described below.
The drawing shows a tube of filter 1 a portion of a raw gas chamber 2 with a separating them of ei ner clean gas chamber 3 wall. 4 In this wall 4 , individual filter bags 5 , 6 , 7 are inserted, into which the gas to be cleaned flows from the outside inwards and has the inside with the clean gas chamber 3 .
Das Steuerventil 15 steuert seinerseits über eine Druckluftleitung 16 das Schlagventil 11.Above the bag filter 1 , a Abreinigungsvor direction 8 is shown, which has a compressed air reservoir 9 , to which a probe 10 designed as a hose is connected via a blow valve 11 . This probe 10 has a compressed air outlet 16 at its lower end. An electrical control 12 makes it possible to set the pulse times and pause times of a control valve 15 by means of two potentiometers 13 , 14 . The control valve 15 in turn controls the blow valve 11 via a compressed air line 16 .
To clean the filter hose 5 , the probe 10 is slowly pulled out of it, with compressed air emerging intermittently from the compressed air outlet 17 . As a result, the filter hose 5 is cleaned from the bottom to the top during pulling up. It is of course also possible to carry out such cleaning by intermittent pressurization of the probe 10 while the probe 10 is being inserted into the filter hose 5 .
