Eine durchsichtige Kunststoffdose enthält in ihrem oberen Teil ein Filter von 0,2 mm Porenweite,daran wird mittels Membranpumpe ein Vakuum von 10cm WS angelegt.An den Ecken an der Unterseite befinden sich vier Drucknöpfe zur Fixierung j der Dose an GummizügeIn.Die Abdichtung gegen die Wundfläche erfolgt durch auswechselbaren,mit Mastix aufgeklebten,ringförmigen, angefeuchteten Viscoseschwamm.Nach Anlegen des Vakuums fliesst ein ständiger Luftstrom durch den Schwamm,dadurch wird Sekret,welches von Darm oder Wundfläche in diesen eingedrungen ist,in die Dose geführt. Die bekannten Saugpelotten begrenzen die Absaugöffnung nicht auf die Darmöffnung,dadurchwird'das Geschwür mit Darminhalt überschwemmt und kann nicht heilen.Die bekannten Pelottendichtungenjerf ordern einen so hohen Andruck zur Abdichtung, daß sie v/egen der Schmerzhaftigkeit nicht auf entzündete Haut ** oder gar ein Ulcus gesetzt werden können. Die Anwendung der Saugpelotte erstreckt sich auf die oberflächlich ulcerierte Darmfistel und eiternde Wunden . Schutzanspruch:
1)Saugdose,dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Abdichtung durch
luftdurchströmten Vicοseschwamm mit niedrigem Andruck erfolgt. 2)Saugdose nach 1) ,dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß durch ein oben angebrachtes kleines Filter der Absaugschlauch klein gehalten werden kann.
