Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Zigarettenrollmaschine, bei der ein an beiden Enden bewegtes Rollband sich um eine Walze legt und zwischen dieser und einem an ihr entlang bewegten Rolltisch eine Schleife bildet, in der die Zigarette gerollt wird. Bei Zigarettenmaschinen dieser Art muß die Walze, um die sich das Rollband schlingt, wegen vorkommender Unregelmäßigkeiten imWickel-Vorgang und insbesondere mit Rücksicht darauf, daß gelegentlich eine Fehlzigarette ausgeworfen werden muß, nachgiebig gelagert sein, was bisher in der Weise geschah, daß die beiderseitigen Walzenenden in Schlitzen des Walzenstuhls federnd verschiebbar angeordnet waren. Hierbei stellte sich der Nachteil heraus, daß bei ungleichmäßiger Tabakeinlage die Walze an der Stelle des größeren Durchmessers der Zigarette einseitig nachgab, so daß die Walze eckte und eine ungleichmäßig gewickelte Zigarette entstand.
