In diesem Oberteil α wird, wie Fig. 7 zeigt, der mit einer Decklage e von gleichem Stoff wie derjenige der Decklage d versehene Unterteil b nach Fig. 2 oder 3 hineingelegt, worauf die sämtlichen Knopfteile durch Pressung zusammengeschlossen werden, so daß das Köpfchen c zwischen den beiden mit wasserdichtem Stoff überzogenen Teilen α und b festgehalten wird (Fig. 8).
