Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Druckknopfverschluß, bei dem die Befestigung jedes Teiles (Kopf und Öse) am Stoff mittels Spitzen und einer Gegenscheibe erfolgt. Neu an diesem Knopfe und Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Art der Anordnung der Spitzen und.ihres Anpressens gegen die Gegenscheibe insofern, als die aus der Knopfscheibe gestanzten Spitzen gegen den Rand der Scheibe hin aufgebogen und nach innen umgebogen werden und die Gegenplatte nicht mit Löchern, sondern mit Aussparungen am Rande für die Spitzen versehen ist.The present invention relates to a snap fastener in which the fastening of each part (head and eyelet) is made on the fabric by means of points and a counter disc. Der Knopfteil α ist mit einer Federkrone b versehen, die aus der Scheibe c (Fig. 1) ausgestanzt ist. Gleichfalls aus der Scheibe c ausgestanzt sind die Befestigungsspitzen e, und zwar derart, daß sie zum Teil dem Metall entnommen sind, das bei der Herstellung der Lücken in der Federkrone aus der Platte c herausgedrückt wird, so daß sie also zunächst Winkelform haben. Sie werden dann gerade und abwärts oder aufwärts nach dem Rande hin aufgebogen (Fig. 3 bis 5 strichpunktiert) und durch den Stoff gesteckt. Zur Befestigung des Teiles α am Stoff dient eine Gegenplatte/, die in der Mitte gewölbt sein kann und eine Erhöhung (Fig. 4) oder Vertiefung (Fig. 5) besitzt, auf oder in die sich die Spitzen beim Umbiegen legen. Die Scheibe f ist am Rande mit Aussparungen g versehen, in die sich die Spitzen beim Umbiegen gegen die Gegenplatte einlegen. In ähnlicher Weise sind die Spitzen bei dem anderen Knopfteil h (der Öse) gewonnen (Fig. 4), indem sie zum Teil noch aus der Öse i gestanzt sind. Damit die Knopfteile fest im Stoff sitzen, ist es vorteilhaft, den Rand 0 gezackt zu machen.Fig. 3 to 5 sections through the same.
