Description
The invention relates to a projection device with several converging projection systems, the projection lenses of which are molded into a flat lens plate.
A projection device is already known in which the lens plate is flat. With this arrangement fall the optical axes of the individual projection lenses with the exception of one arranged exactly in the middle The lens does not coincide with the optical axes of the converging projection systems, but closes it with this an angle which is larger, the further the projection system away from the central axis is arranged. This has the disadvantage of astigmatic aberration.
Beim Verschieben von Linsenplatten ändert sich außerdem der Konvergenzort derIt is also known a projection device in which the Lens plates have a spherical curvature and the optical axes of the lenses coincide with the optical axes of the associated converging projection systems coincide. Disadvantages of this arrangement are the need to also use the light sources of the individual projection systems to apply on an approximately spherical surface, the spherical and astigmatic aberration as well as the coma, when the individual lens plates are shifted from one another due to manufacturing-related tolerances and the need for the characters to be imaged on the spherically curved condenser lens plate to attach. When moving lens plates, the place of convergence also changes

optischen Achsen der einzelnen Systeme.optical axes of the individual systems.
The object of the invention is to eliminate the deficiency mentioned.
The solution according to the invention takes place in that the optical axes are molded into flat lens plates Individual lenses coincide with the optical axes of the associated projection systems, the optical Axes of the various projection systems between Light source and imaging lens run parallel and through a between projection lens plate and projection plane inserted symmetrical or asymmetrical polyhedral prism for convergence on the projection plane to be brought. In a further embodiment of the invention, it is possible to use the polyhedral prism through each Projection system assigned individually mounted, cemented on an optically transparent plate or directly to replace prisms pressed into a plate of optical material. The advantage of the solution according to the invention lies in the possibility of performing a chromatic correction by a third optical means and in the possibility of correcting focal length errors of the lenses by moving the lens plates against each other, without the optical axes of the individual lenses deviating from the optical axes of the associated projection system and without moving the point of convergence of the optical axes, as well as the easy installation of those to be projected Marks on the condenser lens plate.
Figures 1 and 2 show a horizontal and vertical section through an embodiment according to the invention of the projection device in a schematic representation.
