Die Neuerung betrifft eine Gipsplatte oder dergleichen, die
insbesondere bei aufgehängten Unterdecken Veruendung finden
soll. Es sind bereits Gipsplatten bekannt, die auf ihrer
RückseiteVerstärkungsrippen aufweisen. Es ist auch schon
bekannt, in die Verstärkungsrippen Aufhängeglieder einzu-
betten, die die Rippen in ihrer ganzen Länge durchsetzen.
Außerdem gehört es schon zum Stand der Technik, Deckenplatten
oderdergleichen zur Erhöhung ihrer Festigkeit mit Belehrun-
gen aus Holz, Geuebe oder Drahtgeflecht zu versehon.
Der Nachteil der bisher bekannten Platten besteht jedoch darin,
daß die in den Terstärkungsrippen eingebetteten Aufhängeglie-
der nur an den zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenflächen aus der
Platteherausragen und dort zum Befestigen verwandt werden
können. Dies ist insbesondere bei großflächigen Platten nach-
teilhaft, ueil diese auch in der Flattenmitto noch Befestigun-
gen benötigen,-nenn eine hohe Diegebelastung der Platte ver-
mieten werden soll.
Bei Gipsplatten für Decken und Wandverkleidungen kommt es auch
noch darauf an, daß die Stoßfugen benachbarter Platten mög-
lichteinfach, aber auch glatt und dauerhaft ausgefüllt wer-
den können. Dementsprechend sollen die Seitenflächen der Plat-
ten so ausgebildet sein,, daß sie zu einer zeckmäBigon Auffül-
lung der Fuge durch ihre geometrische Form mitbeitragen können.
Esbesteht also die Aufgabe, eine Gips-oder Stuokplatto zu
schaffen, die die vorgenannten Nachteile dor bisher bekann-
ten Platten vermeidet und eine leichte Auffüllung der Fugen
ermöglicht. Die Platte soll ferner eine oder mehrere Boueh-
rungen aufweisen können.
Die neuerungsgemäße Lösung dieser àufgabe besteht darin, daß
beieiner Gipsplatte, die auf der Rückseite angeordnete Ver-
stärkungsrippen und darin eingebettete Tragstäbe aufvieist,
die Verbindungsrippen in zuei sich kreuzenden Scharen verlau-
fen und wenigstens bei einer A1zahl von Ereuzungsstellen der-
artunterbrochen sind, daß mindestens einer der Tragstäbe
freiliegt.
Vorzugsweise können die Tragstäbe, die in den in Plattenlängs-
richtungverlaufenden Terstärkungsrippen eingebettet sind,
stärker bemessen sein als diejenigen Tragstäbe, die sich in

finden. Dabei sollen die starker bemessenen Tragstäbe, von
der
Plattenruckaeito her gesehen, unter den anderen Stäben liegen.
Zweckmäßigkönnen die Seitenflächen mit der Plattenvorderfläche
einen spitzen Kinkel bilden derart, daß beim Verlegen der Plat-
ten an ihren Stoßfugen eine zur Plattenrückseite hin offene,
rinnenartige Erweiterung zur Aufnahme einer genügend großen
Menge von Verbindungsmaterial entsteht.

In
den in Längsrichtung der Platte verlaufenden Rippen 1 bein-
den sich Tragstäbo 2 die beispielsweise aus Eisendraht mit
einem Durchmesser von 4 bis 5 iMi bestehen können. In den quer-
verlaufenen Terstärkungsrippen sind ebenfalls Tragstäbe 3 ein-
gebettete die-von der Ruckseite de Platte her gesehen-ober-
halb der Stäbe 2 liegen und beispielsweise aus Eisendraht mit
einem Durchmesser von 2 bis 3 nm bestehen. Die Terstärkungs-
rippen 1 sind zusammen mit der Plattenvorderseite 4 aus einem
einzigen Stuck hergestellt. In der Plattenvorderseite kann
sich
noch eine weitere Armierung befinden beispielsweise ein
Rabitz-Goflecht (vgl. Figur 4, Er. 3). Anstelle eines Rabitz-
Geflechtskann aber auch eine Armierung mittels Glasseide
Leinen, Jute, Sisalhanf oder dergleichen vorgesehen sein.
DieAusrüstung der Platte mit einem der
zuletztgenannten Materialien ermöglicht ein einfaches Durch-
sägen der Plattenvorderseite 4. Die Tragstäbe 2 und 3 können
dannmit einer Msonsäge zertrennt rden.
Die Seitenflächen 5 der Gipsplatton sind derart angeordnet,
daß sie einen spitzen Winkel mit der Vorderfläche der Platte
p bilden. Beim Verlegen der Platten P zu einer Decke oder einer
wandverkleidungergeben sich dadurch an den StoBstellen Rinnen
6 (Figur 4), die sich trichterartig zur Plattenrackseite er-
weitern. Beim Verlegen der Platten P Tjird in diese Fuge 6
mit
flüssigem Gips vermengte Eolzvolle gefüllt. Der unmittelbar
an die Plattenvorderfläche angrenzende Teil 7 der Fuge 6 wird
mit der gleichen Gipssorte, aus der die Platte P hergestellt
istausgespachtelt. Diesem Gips gibt man zueckmäBig einen Ver-
zögerer zu. Diese Eorstellungsweise in Verbindung mit der geo-
metrischenForm der Platte P ermöglicht eine gute Verbindung
an den StoBstellen, TJobei dor gespachtelte Teil 7 der Fuge

vollkom en unsichtbar bleibt. Dies ist deshalb mögliche eil
gegebenenfalls auftretende Spannungen zutschen benachbarten
Platten P durch die aus dem Holzwolle-Gips-Gomisch bestehende
wulst 8 aufgenommen werden können, die auch etas den Druck-
verhältnissen nachzugeben vermag.
Das Aufhängen der einzelnen Platten P ist in Figur 4 schema-
tisch dargestellt. Die Platten P worden mittels eines Drahtes
9 an die Decke 10 bzm. an in ihr vorgesehene Eofestigungsmit-
teln aufgehängt. Die Befestigungsmittel können aus einbetonier-
ten Ösen 11 oder aus an einen Eisenträger 10a angebogenen Hal-
tolaschen 12 bestehen. Die Länge der Aufhängedrähte 9 wird
zweckmäßig dadurch eingestellt, daß diese. Drahts verdrillt
werden.
In Figur 4 ist in der Plattonvorderseite 4 noch durch die
strich-punktierte Linie 3 die Lage eines Rabitz-Geflechts
angedeutet. Die Platte P besitzt also hier zuei Armierungen,
einmal das Rabitz-Geflecht 1. 3, zum anderen das in den Ver-
stärkuiigsrippen 1 liegende, aus den Tragstäben 2 und 3 be-
stehende Geflecht. Letzteres kann aufgrund der neuerungsge-
mäßen Ausbildung der Platte an zahlreichen Stellen, insbe-

sondere an don Kreuzungsstellen der Tragstäbe 2 und 3, zur
Aufhängung der Platte P benutzt werden.
Die Vorteile dos Platte P bestehen vor al-
lem darin, daß sie auf ihrer Rückseite zahlreiche Aufhänge-
stellenaufweist, ohne daß deshalb ein besonderer Herstellungs-
aufwandnotwendig ist ; denn die Aufhängestellen werden gleich-
zeitig von dem aus den Tragstäben 2 und 3 bestehenden Armie-
rungsgeflechtgebildet. AuBerdem ermöglicht die Ausbildung
der Seitenflächen 5 die Anwendung eines besonders zweckmäßi-
gen Verfahrens zum Verbinden und Ausfugen von Decken und der-
gleichen, die aus den Platten P hergestellt sind.
