Bei den bisher gebräuchlichen Gießkannenbrauseköpfen , welche in der Regel abnehmbar auf das Ausgußrohr der Gießkanne aufgesteckt sind, machen sich verschiedene Ubelstände bemerkbar. So das lästige Abnehmen und Wiederaufstecken, falls anstatt einer Regenbrause ein Wasserstrahl gegeben werden soil und umgekehrt. Nicht allein, daß der Brausekopf während des Strahlausgießens anderweitig untergebracht werden muß und häufig auch verloren geht, wird auch durch das wiederholte Abnehmen und Wiederaufstecken desselben die Aufsteckhülse bald beschädigi und unbrauchbar. Sodann erfolgt auch an der \^rerbindungsstelle zwischen dem Ausgußrohr der Gießkanne und der Brausekopftülle fast immer ein lästiges Herauslaufen oder Heraustropfen von Wasser, da an dieser Stelle ohne besondere Maßnahme eine vollständige Dichtheit nicht erzielt wird. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist nun eine Einrichtung an Gießkannen, bei welcher der Brausekopf fest und dicht am Ausgußrohr angebracht ist, so daß, ohne ihn vom Rohr abzunehmen, nach Belieben entweder eine Regenbrause oder ein voller Wasserstrahl gegeben werden kann, wodurch die genannten Übelstände beseitigt werden. \^ron den für den Anschluß an Wasserleitungsschläuche bekannten Mundstücken zur Erzielung eines vollen Wasserstrahles oder einer Regenbrause unterscheidet sich die vorliegende Einrichtung dadurch, daß keine kostspieligen, behufs Dichtung eingeschliffenen ventil- oder hahnartigen Metallgußteile verwendet sind, sondern die Wirkung mit den einfachsten Mitteln nur durch öffnen oder Schließen der Ausflußöffnung des Gießkannenrohres er-' reicht wird.In the case of the watering can shower heads that have been used up to now, which are usually detachably attached to the pouring tube of the watering can, various inconveniences are noticeable. Die vordere, aus dem Brausekopf herausragende Mündung des Ausflußrohres a ist durch einen Verschlußstopfen f, welcher mittels Kette g am Brausekopf befestigt ist, oder durch eine andere geeignete Vorrichtung (\~erschraubung usw.) verschließbar. Zweckmäßig wird das Ausflußrohr a, wenigstens in seiner oberen Hälfte, etwas weiter oder doch gleichmäßig, nicht nach vorn spitz verlaufend, hergestellt, so daß bei abgenommenem \^Terschlufistück f keine rückwärts wirkende Spannung des Wassers im Rohr α entsteht.
