Regelklappe für Beläftungavorrichtungen
vonXraftfahrxwogwn*
Her-
stellten Klappen iet gering.

Control flap for ventilation devices
vonXraftfahrxwogwn *
The innovation relates to a Recel flap for Ee-
ventilation devices sound motor vehicle cells. those in eln .. 811 construction
the vehicle attached housing by means of an elle pivoting

There are known designs in which the rule
Flap as a pressed sheet metal part in the pivot shaft ang t Uk
to achieve a noiseless and tight sliding of the flap,
additional profile seals made of rubber are required
the fact that on the dee with the pressed parts
Co-operated tapes are attached to the flap * In addition
an additional surface treatment of the valve is necessary,
to protect them from corrosion. Such designs are
expensive and require a corresponding. Care.
The task assigned to the innovation consists in
essential is to have a simple structure and thus a manufac-
setting economic control flap to be stuck on
fold wines provide an effective seal in the passenger compartment
leading lines of the ventilation device accomplished.
This is achieved according to the innovation in that the
Control flap designed as a molded body as an elpstischer Merkstoff-
forms is and has a stiffener that is directly connected to the
Swivel shaft is connected. Such a configuration of the
Flap ensures a flawless and with little effort
tight fit of the same on the 2rbteile of the receiving it
Casing. the Beluttungvorriohtung. It is easy to manufacture
and the wear went over d3n coated on sheet metal
set flaps iet low. In particular, rust formation is
prevented, which not only destroyed the component itself but
due to rust layers flaking off when the flap is operated
pollutes the air flowing into the passenger compartment *
in good time any noises will pass through the ßeeebenenflls
Swinging of the flap or by the impact of solid constituents
parts of the air generated can be avoided. Through the arrival
order of the stiffeners can be the flap from a v. oak
are often produced, but one thing! ahrunr derael-
ben is achieved. At the same time, this stiffening forms one
Protection against damage to the valve when it is attached to the shaft.
This steepening is caused by both sides of the elastic noria
Body-napped slats formed or by an I = half
the shaped body arranged web, which optionally
is finally vulcanized into the pivot shaft. The stiffening
extends above and beyond a weauntlicia leil deo elastic

A particularly advantageous embodiment results
if the swivel shaft carrying the control flap under intermediate
Echaltuag elastic sleeves in the housing of the Belurtuna device
is mounted, which in turn is elastic i Aulbau of the
Motor vehicle supports. This creates a noiseless storage
and a simple holding ring of the pivot shaft is achieved. The Ab-
supports the housing on neighboring pre-parts of the superstructure
