Es ist auch bekannt, eine Leichtmetall-Bordwand

It is also known to have a light metal drop side
composed of U-shaped profiles, each
engage with the free legs without lateral projections in corresponding recesses of the underlying profile extending over the length of the profiles. However, the U-profiles are not secured against the legs sliding out of the recesses.
For this reason, the U-profiles were used for a different light metal drop side
at the ends of the legs provided with angular strips and the grooves in the underlying
Profile trained accordingly. Such U-profiles are anchored in one another,
however, side walls made from them are still not resistant to bending and torsion,
because the free U-legs are spread apart under such loads.

fest verankert. Auf diese Weise bilden die Hohlprofile 4 einen
starren Kasten, der auch ohne Scharnierbänder 2 den
auftretendenBiege-undd erdrehungsbeaasruehumgen
ohne Deformierung standhalten kann. For the assembly of the drop side, it is also advantageous if, on the one hand, the surface of the hollow profiles facing the hinge strips downward like a strip is extended and in a corresponding horizontal

For the assembly, it is particularly advantageous if the projections of the angular extension of the one profile surface, which run parallel to the horizontal axis of the profile cross-section, have a round cross-section. The advantage is that in this case the profiles only need to be pushed into one another on one side and then around the grooves and projections of round cross-section serving as hinge axes can be folded onto one another in such a way that they are also perpendicular to the horizontal Axis of the profile transverse center running grooves and

Light metal hollow large profiles 4. In the example according to FIG. 2
the hollow profiles 4 have grooves 5 at the edges,
which on both sides of the hollow profiles 4 each other
are incorporated opposite. At the bottom
the hollow profiles are provided with projections 6, which
also opposite to one another the shape of the grooves 5
are adapted. The grooves with protrusions Terlafen thus
parallel to the horizontal axis of the cross-section of the profile
and are symmetrical to the vertical axis of the profile
Arranged in cross-section, each of the hollow profiles 4 engages
so with its projections 6 in the grooves 5 of the lower
lying hollow profile 4 and is with the latter
firmly anchored. In this way, the hollow profiles 4 form a rigid box, which even without hinge straps 2 the occurring bending and torsional rest
can withstand without deformation.
While in the example of FIG. 2, the grooves and projections in the hollow profiles
4 are facing each other and have an anchoring effect in two directions, runs in
Example according to Fig. 3 the one groove 7 perpendicular to the horizontal axis of the profile cross-section,
while the opposite groove 5 is arranged parallel to this axis.

erzielt.
