"Elektrisch geheiztes Bügelgerät"
Bei den bekannten elektrisch geheizten Bügeleisen ist der Heizdraht in Nuten einer
keramischen Isolationsplatte eingelegt und darin eingekittet, die in der eigentlichen
metallenen Bügelplatte befestigt ist. Das Ganze ist dann durch eine metallene Haube
mit einem Holzgriff abgedeckt. Bei anderen Arten von Bügeleisen verwendet man rohrformige
Heizkörper, welche in einer Kokille, mittels einer geeigneten Aluminiumlegierung
in die Form der metallenen Bügelplatte eingegossen werden. Diese wird bearbeitete
oberflächenbehandelt und dann mit Metallhaube und griff versehen. Beide Verfahren
erfordern eine beträchtliche Zahl von Arbeitsgängen. durch welche die Erzeugung

Both methods require a considerable number of operations. which make the production of such irons complicated and expensive.
Die Neuerung bezweckt, ein Bügelgerät zu schaffen, dessen Herstellung
wesentlich einfacher ist. Das Wesen der Neuerung besteht darin. dass das Bügelgerät
bei einer im wesentlichen den Bügeleisen einschließlich des Griffes entsprechenden
Form aus glasierter keramischer Masse besteht, in die der Widerstandsheizdraht dicht
über der Bügelfläohe, vollkommen
ohne Verwendung besonderer Träger vollkommen eingebettet ist
und die Steckeratitte mit dem zum Anschluß des iderstandes
des Reizdrahtes dienenden Ende innerhalb einer Tertiefung fest
eingesetzt sind. Der mit dem Körper aus einem Stück bestehende
Griff ist zu Kühlzwecken mit einer Längsaussparung versehen.

gemääs der Neuerung leichter. Dank der unmittelbaren Be-
rüh : rung des Reisdrahtes mit der keramischen Masse, wird
das Bügeleisen an der Segelfläche sehr schnell auf die
zum Bügeln erforderliche Oberflächentemperatur erwärmt.
