Staubsammler mit endlosen FiltertUchern. Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 19. September 1905 ab. Dust collector with endless filter cloths. Patented in the German Empire on September 19, 1905.
The invention relates to dust collectors with endless filter cloths, their Guide rollers are arranged vertically so that the detached from the filter cloths Dust cannot fall back on the filter cloths. To compared to previously known Devices of this type, in which brushes were attached on both sides to clean the cloths, represent a simplification to achieve the device, a knocking device is to serve according to the invention, which only arranged on one side due to the vibrations of the cloth but both Dust-free pages. These knockers could in their connection with the horizontal arrangement of the filter cloths do not come into their own the dust knocked off on the upper side of the cloth will fall back and through the Guide rollers had to be pressed back into the cloth.
The drawings represent exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention in FIGS. 1 to 4. FIG. 1 is an elevation, FIG. 2 is a section along AB in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a section along CD in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 is a plan view 1. In the closed housing 1, endless filter cloths 3 are stretched around the vertical rollers 2.
Bei größe-The air saturated with dust is removed from the dust box by suction or pressure 4 in the direction of the arrows drawn through the filter material and, while the dust on the outer Side of the filter material sticks, the cleaned air is through the interiors 5 between the filter walls and the upper channel 6 discharged. The filter cloth is driven by the rollers 2 in slow Circulation staggered. The rollers 2 are driven by the transmission shaft 17, which is located on the top of the container is mounted and their movement on the shafts 14 by screws 18 and Worm gears 19 transmits. The rollers 2 are separated from the space by partitions 7 completely separated, in which the dust separation takes place. Narrow slots 8 serve for the passage of the filter cloths 3. In one of them through the partition walls 7 separated space 27 takes place the cleaning of the filter cloths from the adhering dust by tapping and then brushing off. A semicircular bar 9 is used for tapping the entire height of the filter cloth. This bar 9 is attached to the standing shaft 11 by arms 10, which at its upper end has a thumb 12 and an arm 13, on which the latter a spring 26 acts, the other end of which is attached to an angle iron 15. In the track of the thumb 12 protrudes two attached to the shaft 14, offset by 180 ° Arms 15, 16, which when they hit the thumb 12 this and thus the Bring knocker 10 to the deflection, whereupon the spring 26 the knocker back and against the Fabric panel 3 moves. 20 are brush rollers which come into contact with the filter cloths 3 rotate in the opposite direction to these. 21 are snails, which are used for discharge of the collected dust. At size
Ren spans should be light wire rollers 22, which are arranged at the full height of the filter cloth prevent the filter cloth from collapsing. The top and bottom edges of the filter cloth run in Guides 23, 24, the edges themselves being reinforced by beads 25.
