Werkzeug zur herstellung von stoffüberzogenen
Schnallen.
Tool for the production of fabric-covered Buckles.
The production of fabric-covered snaps is respected in the
essentially in two work steps and with the help of three work
with one tool being used in both operations.
This tool consists of three mutually displaceable parts. If the tool is now used again for the first operation after the second operation has been completed, there is a risk of the individual parts being unintentionally displaced relative to one another. This allows the position of the fabric, which is already centered for the first step, to be changed because wisely, in particular, the middle part is far out of the tool
It is therefore necessary to separate the parts from each other
against an unwanted shift. which, for example, already through the
Dead weights could arise to secure. For this purpose one has occupied the mutual guide surfaces of these parts with leather strips or rubber plugs, so that a certain friction is present between the guide surfaces due to the elasticity of this facing about the guide surfaces. It has now turned out that this rubber or Bederbesats wear out very quickly and that he continues to do so too
insufficient brake effect resulted if z. B. larger tol-
satchels occur in the mutual guidance of the parts.
In order to reduce this wear to a minimum,
Furthermore, a greater tolerance compensation is to be achieved
according to the new the guide surfaces of one part with one each
Leaf spring occupied, which lay resiliently against the guide surfaces of the other part over a wide area. Bs is now further according to the innovation advantageous, each einandeegeey'- '
lying Mrunge surfaces of a part with such leaf springs
to be occupied in order to ensure the central position of one part
to secure the other part.
The innermost part of the three nested parts of such a thing.
Tool is the so-called core. It has a U shape that becomes the centerpiece
surrounded by a central part, the so-called pressure frame, the one crossbar
owns. which on the opposite longitudinal walls of the print frame
rests; in general, this transverse web and the pressure frame consist of one piece.
With such a configuration of the core piece and pressure frame, the leaf springs
according to the innovation against the inner surfaces of the legs of the U-shaped core piece part
placed and attached to these legs. You then lie against the narrow longitudinal surfaces
of the pressure frame crossbar.
eintreten.

To obtain a simple attachment of these: leaf springs ", which extend over the entire inner surface of the legs., is, according to the innovation, the bridge of the 0-shaped core piece
slotted in alignment with the inner surface of the core piece legs; one end of the leaf spring is inserted into the slot thus created, while the other end of the leaf spring is inserted freely movable against the inner surface of the leg.
So that the set leaf spring is no longer
