Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft einen unverlierbaren Verschluß für
Tuben und Behälter, Dosen und Bläschen, die dünnflüssige
oder breiige Massen enthalten. Besonders geeignet ist der
Verschluß für Zahnpasta oder Hautcreme enthältende Tuben
Ss ist üblich die Öffnungen von Tuben mit einer Verschluß-
schraube zu verschließen, ohnedaß diese mit der Tube ver-
bundenist.
Diese Verschlußart hat den Nachteile daß die Verschlußschraube
beim Öffnen oder Schließen der Tubenöffnung aus der Hand
fallen kann oder verloren geht,
Durch den Verschluß nach der Erfindung wird dieser Nachteil
dadurch vermieden daß ein aus Kunststoff bestehender Strei..
fen 1 an seinen Enden zwei Öffnungen 2, 3 aufweist und dieser
Streifen zu einem Bügel 4 so zusammengebogen ist, daß die
Öffnungen 2, 3 zentriert sind, und daß ferner die der Tube
zugekehrte Öffnung 2 des unteren Schenkels 5 dieses Bügels
fest um den unteren Rand des Tubenhalses 6 aufgebracht ist
und daß schließlich die Verschlußschraube 7 und die Innen-
seife der Qffnsng 3 des oberen, zweckmäßig dickeren Bügel-
schenkels 8 derart ausgebildet ist, daß bei dem Arbeitsvor-
gang des Abschließens der Tuben5ffhung durch die Verschluß-
schraube 7 die Verschlußschraube unverlierbar auf dem oberen
Schenkel des bereits vorher auf dem Tubenhals 6 angebrachten
Bügels 4 drehbar befestigt ist
Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ist der Bügel
elastisch-und biegt sich der Verschluß beim Öffnen auf.
Der neue Verschluß ist zBsp den bekannten Schraubverschlüssen
auch dadurch überlegen,. daß die Innenseite der Öffnung 3 des
oberenBügelschenkels 8 einen vorspringenden, ringfermigen
Ansatz 9 hat. und der untere Rand der Verschlußkappe mit einer
ringförmigen Ein-oder Ausbuchtung 10 versehen ist die beim
erstmaligen Verschließen der Tube ineinandergreifen nd so
dieVerschlußkappe und den Bügelschenkel unverlierbar verbinden.
Nach einem weiteren Nerkmal der Erfindung sind auf dem Bügel
