Temperaturregler mit Rückführung Die Erfindung bezieht sich
auf einen Temperaturregler mit
Rückführung, bestehend aus einer wechselstromgespeisten
Brückenschaltung mit einem Temperaturfühler in einem Brücken-
zweig und
einem von der Brückenmeßdiagonale beeinflußten
Schaltglied. Temperature controller with feedback The invention relates to a temperature controller with feedback, consisting of an AC- fed bridge circuit with a temperature sensor in a bridge branch and a switching element influenced by the bridge measurement diagonal.
Objekttemperatur. In the case of temperature control with temperature-dependent resistors as temperature sensors, it is known to arrange a device which heats the temperature sensor and which is switched on during the heating periods for the object to be heated . The sensor temperature thus leads the temperature of the object to be heated. Such a thermal reserve has the advantage that the heating of the object is interrupted before the predetermined target temperature is reached, so that only the following. Self-heating of the object leads to the target temperature being reached by it. This results in only a slight overshoot of the object temperature.
An attachment is required for temperature sensors with very small dimensions
of special heating elements relatively difficult. Due to the thermal contact,
also change the properties of the thermocouple under certain circumstances.
The invention is based on the object of special stimulus elements for
avoid the temperature sensor.
Gleichrichter
entgegengesetzter Polung und einen veränder-
baren Widerstand an
eine Wechselspannung geschaltet. This object is achieved according to the invention in that during the switch-on period of the object to be heated, the resistance of the temperature sensor is measured alternately in a half-period of the AC supply voltage (actual value detection) and a heating current flows through the temperature sensor in the following half-period. The bridge circuit and the switching element are expediently connected to an alternating voltage via a rectifier of a certain polarity and the Teoperaturesensor via a further rectifier of opposite polarity and a variable resistor.
6, 7 abgeschaltet. Die Abtastung der Meß diagonale A, B
durch den Thyristor 2
erfolgt entsprechend der Poleng des Gleichrichters
13 stets
dann, wenn eine positive Halbwellenspannung
vorliegt. Gemäß der,Erfindung wird der Temperaturfühler
8 immer in den nega-tiven Halbwellen der Wechselstromquelle
von einem Heizstrom
durchflossen.
Kontakt
4 des Relais 3 an die Wechselstromquelle G, 7*führt. Die Meßdiagonale
A, B der Brückenschaltung 1 wird unabhängig
von der Stellung des
Kontaktes 4 (Ein oder Aus) stets wäh-
rend der positiven Halbwelle der Wechselspannung
der Speise-
quelle 6, 7 vom Thyristor 2 abgetastet. Bei geschlossenem
. Kontakt 4 ist der Gleichrichter 16 dann gesperrt. Dieser
wird
jedoch leitend in der jeweils folgenden negativen Halb-
welle, so daß dann
ein Strom durch den Temperaturfühler 8
fließt, welcher diesen aufheizt. Da
während der negativen
Halbwelle der Gleichrichter 13 gesperrt ist, erfolgt
in
dieser Halbwelle keine Abtastung der Meßdiagonale
A, B. Mit
sätzlich beheizt: The invention is explained in more detail with the aid of an exemplary embodiment shown schematically in the drawing. The temperature controller consists in principle of a bridge circuit 1, a thyristor 2, influenced by the diagonal dimension of the bridge circuit, with a relay 3 whose output 4 periodically switches the object 5 to be heated to an alternating current source 6, 7. One half of the bridge of the bridge circuit 1 consists of a temperature-dependent resistor 8 acting as a temperature sensor, which measures the heating of the object 5, and a setpoint adjuster 9. The other half of the bridge consists of the fixed resistors 10, 11. The bridge circuit 1 lies across a resistor 12, a rectifier 13 and a further resistor 14 at the alternating current source 6, 7. The bridge circuit 1 is fed by a positive half-wave voltage. At points A, B of the bridge circuit 1, the control electrode and the cathode of the thyristor 2 are connected. The arrangement of the bridge circuit 1 and the thyristor 2 is such that it no longer ignites when the bridge is in equilibrium. As a result , the object 5 is switched off from the alternating current source 6, 7. The scanning of the measuring diagonal A, B 13 occurs always when a positive half-wave voltage is present according to the Poleng of the rectifier through the thyristor. 2 According to the invention , the temperature sensor 8 is always traversed by a heating current in the negative half-waves of the alternating current source. As can be seen, the point 15 of the bridge circuit is led via a diode 16 and an adjustable resistor 17 to the line 18, which in turn leads via the contact 4 of the relay 3 to the alternating current source G, 7 *. The measuring diagonal A, B of the bridge circuit 1 is always scanned by the thyristor 2 during the positive half-wave of the alternating voltage of the supply source 6, 7 , regardless of the position of the contact 4 (on or off). When closed . Contact 4, the rectifier 16 is then blocked. However, this becomes conductive in the respective following negative half- wave, so that a current then flows through the temperature sensor 8, which heats it up. Since the rectifier 13 is blocked during the negative half-wave, there is no scanning of the measuring diagonal A, B in this half-wave . With the variable resistor 17 , the degree of feedback can be adjusted. If the contact 4 is opened (the temperature sensor 8 has reached the target temperature, but not yet the object 5), the rectifier 16 is also switched off from the supply source 6, 7. So that the temperature sensor 8 no longer flows through it. additionally heated:
