Description
Meßeinrichtung zur Anzeige von Rissen oder dergleichen in Werkstücken aus ferromagnetischem Material Das Hauptpatent betrifft eine Meßeinrichtung zur Messung magnetischer Spannungen und Feldstärken die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß ein aus hochpermeablem Material bestehender U-förmiger und auf den Prüfling aufsetzbarer Bügel mit, einer Wicklung versehen ist, und daß die Wicklung über ein Strommeßinstrument mit regelbarer Stromquelle verbunden ist, derart, daß die von dem Strom im Bügel erzeugte Durchflutung der im Prüfling herrschenden magnetischen Spannung bzw. mittleren magnetischen Feldstärke ' entgegengerichtet ist, und daß ein flußempfindliches Organ, vorzugsweise ein Hallgenerator, im Querschnitt des Bügels angeordnet ist, mit Hilfe dessen das Verschwinden des Flusses durch den Querschnitt des Bügels im Kompensationsfall angezeigt wird, so daß der Strom durch die Wicklung des Bügels der Meßgröße p:rioportional ist. In Weiterverfolgung der Erfindung wird eine neue Anwendung zur quantitativen oder qualitativen Prüfung von Werkstücken aus ferromagnetischem Material auf Risse angegeben. Zu diesem Zweck wird die Anordnung gemäß Fig. 2 der Hauptanmeldung gewählt. Wird das zu untersuchende Werkstück, in dem ein magnetischer Fluß erzeugt wird, unter dem mit der Wicklung(Wk)versehenen Bügel hindurchbewegt oder umgekehrt (siehe Fig.1),so ändert sich beim Auftreten eines Risses innerhalb der von dem Bügel(2) umfaßten Strecke die magnetische Spannung in der Oberfläche des Werkstückes. Diese Änderung der magnetischen Spannung wird von dem flußempfindlichen Organ (5) und dem Anzeigeinstrument (8) angezeigt. Es kann sich dabei entweder um eine rein quantitative Anzeige der Rissebildung handeln, in dem eine Änderung der magnetischen Spannung an sich angezeigt wird, oder es kann auch eine qualitative Aussage über die Höhe und damit über die geometrischen Abmessungen des Risses anhand des eingestellten Kompensationsstromes gemacht werden. ,Eine Vereinfachung der Schaltungsanordnung ist in Fig. 2 dargestellt. Der Bügel (2) trägt hier keine Wicklung (Wk),, sondern ist nur mit dem flußempfindlichen Organ (5) und dem damit verbundenen Anzeigegerät (8) versehen. Zur Erzeugung eines magnetischen Flusses in dem zu prüfenden Werkstück (9) wird ein U-förmig gebogener Permanentmagnet (10) verwendet, der zum Aufsetzen auf die Oberfläche des Werkstücken (9) vorgesehen ist, derart, daß er sich mit dem Bügel (2) in der gleichen Ebene befindet. Der von dem Magneten (10) in dem Werkstück (9) hervorgerufene magnetische F1uB-erzeugt in dem RiB (13) eine magnetische Spannung, die beim Überfahren eines Risses (13) mit dem Hügel (2.) durch das fluBempfindliehe Org4n (5) auf dem Anzeigegerät (b) angezeigt wird.
