A'Orliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Trockenvorrichtung für Kettengarnschlichtmaschinen mit einem mit Windflügelhaspeln und darunter liegenden Heizkörpern ausgestatteten Trockenraum. In diesem Trockenraum wird die Webkette in bekannter Weise zum Zwecke ihrer Vortrocknung zuerst um die Windflügelhaspel herum und dann zum Zwecke ihrer Nachtrocknung an den Heizkörpern entlang geführt. Die Erfindung besteht nun darin, daß die Heizkörper dieses Trockenraumes in stehenden Reihen nebeneinander angeordnet sind. Ferner sind ein oder mehrere Ventilatoren oberhalb der Heizkörperreihen, jedoch unterhalb der Windflügelhaspel vorgesehen, welche die mit Feuchtigkeit beladene Luft absaugen.The present invention relates to a Drying device for chain yarn sizing machines with one with wind vane reels and underlying radiators. Das Entweichen der feuchten Luft wird noch dadurch beschleunigt, daß diese aus den freien Kanälen durch seitlich angebrachte Ventilatoren f, deren Anzahl beliebig sein kann, abgesogen wird. Das Anbringen der Ventilatoren seitlich verhindert zugleich, daß die nasse Luft die oberen Lagen durchstreicht.
