Anordnung zur lösbaren Befestigung von Meß-und Registrierinstrumenten
in ihrem Gehäuse

In ein Gehäuse eingebaute Meßinstrumente bzw. Registrierinstrumente werden häufig
mit allen ihren Einzelteilen auf einem Traggestell montiert, welches in das Gehäuse
eingesetzt wird. Die Befestigung des Instrumentes am Gehäuse erfolgt meistens durch
Schrauben von der Rückseite des Gehäuses her oder auch durch Verriegelung an der
Frontseite. Die Neuerung ermöglicht eine sehr wirksame, leicht lösliche und leicht
zugängliche Befestigung des Traggestelles für das Meßinstrument in seinem Gehäuse.Arrangement for the detachable fastening of measuring and recording instruments in their housing ============================================================================ ========
Measuring instruments or recording instruments built into a housing are often mounted with all of their individual parts on a support frame which is inserted into the housing. The instrument is usually fastened to the housing by screws from the rear of the housing or by locking on the front. The innovation enables a very effective, easily detachable and easily accessible attachment of the support frame for the measuring instrument in its housing.
Die Neuerung bezieht sich demnach auf eine Einrichtung zur lös-
baren Befestigung und Arretierung von Meß-oder registrieren-
strumenten in einem Gehäuse. Sie besteht darin, daß mit dem
Traggestell des Instrumentes mindestens ein in Vorschubrichtung verschiebbar geführter
Keil verbunden ist, dessen Schrägfläche sich gegen eine am Gehäuse angebrachte Abstützung
anlegt.
Das feste Anliegen des Keiles an der gehäusefesten Abstützung
bewirkt ein Anpressen des Traggestelles an eine Gehäusewand. Nach einer vorteilhaften
Weiterführung der Neuerung ist am Traggestell des Instrumentes mindestens eine in
Einsohubrichtung verlaufende Schiene mit einer Ausnehmung angebracht, in welche
eine am Gehäuse angeordnete Erhebung einrasten kann. Mit Vorteil sind am Traggerüst
zwei an den unteren Kanten angeordnete Schienen vorgesehen und an jeder Seite des
Traggestelles je ein verschiebbar geführter Keil. Die verschiebbare Führung des
Keiles erfolgt durch eine von der Frontseite des Meßinstrumentes zu betätigende

Die Abbildung zeigt als Beispiel für die Neuerung schematisch ein
Registrierinstrument, mit dessen Traggestell 1 an den beiden Unterkanten je eine
Schiene 2 verbunden ist. Die Schiene hat eine Ausnehmung 3 und ist an der Stelle
4 abgeschrägt. Am Gehäuseboden 5 ist eine kleine Erhebung 6 angeordnet. Beim Einschieben
des am Traggestell 1 montierten Registrierinstrumentes in das Gehäuse gleitet die
Schiene 2 mit ihrer Schrägfläche 4 über die Erhebung 6 am Gehäuseboden hinweg. Diese
Erhebung 6 rastet dann, wenn das Instrument seine normale Lage im Gehäuse erreicht
hat, in die Öffnung bzw. in die Ausnehmung 3 ein. Zur sicheren Einrastung und Befestigung
des Instrumentes im Gehäuse ist ein am Traggestell 1 durch eine Schraubenspindel
7 in Einschubrichtung geführter Keil 8 vorgesehen, dessen obere
Schrägfläche
sich gegen eine mit dem Gehäuse verbundene Abstützung 9 anlegt. Durch eine Verdrehung
der Schraubenspindel 7 mit einem an der Frontseite des Instrumentes angebrachten
Knopf bzw. Schraubenkopf 10 wird nach Einrastung der Erhebung 6 in die Ausnehmung
3 der Keil 8 nach rechts verschoben. Dieser bewirkt durch seine Schrägfläche, daß
das Traggestell 1 mit seiner Schiene 2 fest gegen den Boden des Gehäuses gedrückt
und die Erhebung 6 am Gehäuseboden fest gegen die Ausnehmung 3 der Schiene 2 gepreßt
wird. Auf diese Art erfolgt eine sichere und trotzdem leicht lösliche Befestigung
