If you want to strongly preheat the mixed air or the gas-air mixture in the burner tube with inverted gas incandescent burners, faults occur in the metal nozzle because the nozzle heats up and gas deposits form at the nozzle holes, which over time impair the good functioning of the lamp . Attempts have been made to remedy this situation by either isolating the nozzle from the mixing tube or by making the nozzle out of porcelain, soapstone or some other material that does not conduct heat well. Here, the ratio of the supplied to the nozzle by heat and W derived constantly by the colder gas Slee r a more favorable than with metal nozzles. A metal nozzle, however, which is surrounded by a jacket of poorly conductive material, but protrudes considerably downwards from this, does not achieve the desired purpose, since then the nozzle base and the adjoining metal side wall are exposed to heating by the heated mixed air. A nozzle made of porcelain or soapstone offers the advantage that the bottom of the nozzle, which contains the holes, does not bend when it is inserted or cleaned, so that the direction of the gas jets in their position in relation to the mixing tube remains the same, which is the case with inverted burners is important to produce a non-sooting flame; However, the production of the holes in porcelain nozzles requires great care.If one therefore renounces the mentioned advantage of immutability, - one can also connect soapstone, porcelain or the like with a metal sheet that contains the nozzle holes and still the main purpose) the Achieve avoidance of settling at the holes. Such a nozzle is the subject. the invention. The porcelain wall reduces the passage of heat, while the metal plate a change due to the heat BEZW. Deposits from the gases due to the low supply of heat and the continuous cooling by the inflowing colder gas is little exposed. A nozzle works particularly well if it avoids heating by the inflowing hot mixed air in a known manner in that the mixed air is not allowed to flow against the side wall, but only along the bottom of the nozzle against the gas jet.
In the drawings, α denotes the gas pipe, b the nozzle body made of porcelain or another poor heat conductor, c an inserted metal nozzle, d the inlets for the mixed air, e the mixing pipe, / and / 1 the nozzle bases provided with holes.
In Fig. 1, the porcelain nozzle is provided with an inserted metal base. In Fig. 2 the openings for the mixed air are arranged in such a way that they do not touch the side wall, but only come into contact with the bottom of the nozzle.

Die Düse selbst besteht aus zwei Teilen b The nozzle itself consists of two parts b
und c, die ineinander gesetzt sind und deren Böden geringen Abstand voneinander haben.and c, which are nested and whose bottoms are closely spaced from one another.
The openings of the floors / and / 1 are exactly one above the other.
■In Fig. 3, the bottom of the outer nozzle b has been omitted and the inner nozzle c is screwed in so far that the edge of the nozzle b protrudes. ■
ίο Fig. 4 zeigt eine Düse aus Porzellan, die zwei eingelegte Plättchen/ und/1 trägt.ίο Fig. 4 shows a nozzle made of porcelain, which carries two inserted plates / and / 1.
If you arrange two nozzle plates one behind the other, the heat transfer is on the material at the nozzle holes of the inner nozzle is greatly reduced. In this In case it is advantageous to put the bottoms of the two nested nozzles close to one another to bring without touching, also the holes of both plates exactly one above the other and finally making the inner holes smaller than the outer ones. The gas jets then emerge unhindered through the outer large nozzle holes and mix only outside of them with the air.
A further advantage of this arrangement is that in repelling the flame, the • gas burns only in this outer, provided with the larger holes nozzles ground where the Rußabsetzungen are less dangerous than: the inner nozzle plate, which has the finer holes.
Läßt man den äußeren Düsenboden weg, so ist es zweckmäßig, den Rand des äußerenIf you omit the outer nozzle base, it is useful to use the edge of the outer
To let the nozzle body protrude over the bottom of the inner nozzle, because then this The nozzle bottom is even more protected from heating from the outside.
You can also provide a simple nozzle with two bases, the holes of which are exactly stand on top of each other. The wall of the nozzle should be made of poorly conductive material be made. Either both floors are attached or cemented or one floor and the wall are made of one piece.
