verlaufende Blattfeder
ab. Hierbei treten jedoch Yachteile wie z. B. große innere Reibung, Wartung,
ungenügender
Ausgleich der Kurvenneigung, hohes Gewicht und Vergrößerung
der Baulänge des Fahrzeugs auf. Motor vehicle with a superstructure The invention relates to a motor vehicle with a superstructure, in particular a driver's cab, which is supported at one end on the vehicle frame via resilient rubber-metal bearings. Superstructures or driver's cabin are usually supported by elastic mountings on the vehicle frame or are firmly connected to it. The elastic rubber mounts have proven to be disadvantageous in particular in the case of driver relocations, since they only have a low level of damping and the maximum spring deflection is generally only 4 to 6 mm. However, this small spring deflection is not sufficient to absorb the vibrations and torsions occurring in the chassis, so that a considerable amount of money has to be absorbed by the driver's cab . It has become cab suspension systems are known in which a sufficiently large spring travels are possible. In this case, the cab is supported at its front side via rubber-lietall-bearing and, if appropriate, about a horizontal transverse to the vehicle longitudinal direction extending axis tilted on the vehicle frame and is supported at the rear on a curved, transverse leaf spring from. Here, however, occur yach parts such. B. high internal friction, maintenance, insufficient compensation of the curve inclination, high weight and increase in the length of the vehicle.
Einbau auftreten. The object of the invention is to create a motor vehicle with a driver's cab suspension which has friction-free suspension, low weight, low costs, small dimensions, good compensation of the curve inclination, exact guidance of the driver's cab and is completely maintenance-free. This object is achieved according to the invention in that the structure or the driver's cab is supported at one end on a resilient support formed from shock absorbers and additional springs. The supports are expediently provided on both sides of the vehicle. The additional spring can be formed from a spiral spring guided around the shock absorber or from a torsion spring bar . In addition , additional guide elements such. B. rubber buffers for lateral support and to limit vertical vibrations . Ssigerweise the front support resiliently and d'dampening effect form this will be, however, applied only to new construction; Dada oscillation image of the elastic Fahrzeugranmens in 3ereich the vordere4lufbaulagerung "ichwingungsbauch but having a one oscillation node in 3ereich the rear storage, it will be expedient. '. since the construction of ground-penetrating components such. B. steering and pedal mechanism. herds have to be adapted to the large relative movement between the body and the vehicle frame, the resilient supports used at the rear end of the structure, so there is still a substantial improvement of the driving comfort without that difficulties arise with a subsequent installation.

Gummielemente 10 vorgesehen. Mit der erfindungsgemwßen Fahrerhauslagerung wird der
Fahrkomfort ganz erheblich gesteigert. Außerdem bietet diese Lagerung eine ganze
heihe von Vorteilen wie z. D. geringe Kosten, geringes Gewicht, kleine Abmessungen,
keine Reibung in der Feder, guter Ausgleich der Kurvenneigung, gute Anpassungen
an bauliche Gegebenheiten, völlig wartungsfrei, leichte Montage und
nachtr:gliche
Austauschbarkeit.
5 shows a structural design according to FIGS. 3 and 4. The driver's cab shown in FIG. 1 is supported on its front side on the vehicle frame 2 via resilient spring elements 1 that can be rotated transversely to the vehicle length. The rear mounting consists of a torsion spring 3 and a shock absorber 4. The torsion spring 3 is non-rotatably mounted in a bearing block 5 which is fastened to the vehicle frame 2. The lower arm of the torsion spring 3, firmly clamped in the bearing block 5, is subjected to bending stress during the deflection and thereby generates the torque for the upper arm of the torsion spring j, which is supported in two brackets 6 and 7 attached to the driver's cab. The torsion spring 3 can rotate in the holder 6, and the holder 7 represents the fixed bearing. The shock absorber 4 is also supported on the bearing block 5. In Fig. 2 and a driver's cab mounting with shock absorber 4 and spiral spring 8 is shown. The front mounting corresponds to that in FIG. Rubber elements 10 are provided for lateral support and to limit vertical vibrations. With the driver's cab mounting according to the invention, the driving comfort is increased quite considerably. In addition, this storage offers a whole range of advantages such . D. low costs, low weight, small dimensions, no friction in the spring, good compensation of the curve inclination, good adaptations to structural conditions, completely maintenance-free, easy assembly and subsequent interchangeability. When using a torsion spring there are other advantages such. B. exact guidance of the driver's cab, great variation of the spring rate, the possibility of protected Linbau in the driver's cab spar and installation options lengthways or transversely in the driver's cab or on the vehicle frame. In addition, the spring deflection of the driver's seat can be reduced by the good cab suspension.
