Behälterverschluß mit Garantiering aus thermoplastischem Material Es sind am Markt Verschlüsse bekannt, meist aus Aluminium die becherförmig über Behältermündungen gestülpt werden und dann durch rotierende Rollen, die unter Federdruck stehen, an die Behältermündung angeformt werden. Vor allen Dingen auf dem pharma- zeutisch- und kosmetischen Sektor werden die Forderungen auf Garantie erhoben, jedoch unter gleichzeitigem Anspruch auf wertvolle äußere Gestaltung, Die Schwierigkeit der Aufgabe war, daß zu dem normalen Druckverformen bei Metall der Plastifizierungsvorgang durch Wärme hinzukommen muss bei gleichzeitiger Anfor- derung hoher Geschwindigkeiten bzw, hoher Ausstoßzeiten, Vorliegende Erfindung hat dieses Problem dadurch gelöst daß die Andruckrollen mit einem abgestimmten Grammgewicht an das noch kalte, zu verformende Teil andrücken, das in dem Augenblick, in dem der therzoplastische Aggregatzustand erreicht ist, fast verzögerungslos die Anforoung einsetzt. Grundsätzlich ist ausser dem bisherigen Verfahren durch bloße Druckverformung die Anforaung zu erzielen durch das Hinzubringen von Wärme* wobei sowohl Heißluft aus Düsen mit hoher Geschwindigkeit austritt als auch Rollen ih hoher Geschwindigkeit Reibungswärme erzeugen können. Da es auf den als Erfindungshöhe vorrangig hervorgestelltih n Effekt der verzögerungslosen Abtastung des thermoplaetischen Aggregatzustandes ankommt, zeigt der Umstand, daß bei einein@ Material, dessen Formbeständigkeit bei etwa $0 - 90 Grad liegt, die Düsentemperatur 200 - 250 Grad aufweist, das einer Temperatur entspricht bei der normalerweise die.
