so
daß die Rohrverschraubung ausgetauscht werden auf. Dabei
Weise gegen
die Schneidringverbindung ausgetauscht werden kann.Rohrverohraubung The invention relates to a pipe screw connection for connecting unmachined pipe ends, consisting of a connector provided at its ends with an external thread, which is designed to widen conically on its inside in the edge section and on at least one threaded end of a union nut, a resilient clamping ring, a sealing ring and a pressure ring. Solderless pipe screw connections for connecting smoothly cut / unmachined pipe ends are known, in which the connection between the pipe screw connection and the pipes to be connected is made essentially by means of a so-called cutting ring. In this case, one end of the cutting ring is pressed a cone inwards when the pipe screw connection 1uroh is screwed together, with the one inner edge of the cutting ring cutting into the outer surface of the pipe in a ring shape. The resulting rigid connection between the pipe screw connection and the pipe ends to be connected has a satisfactory sealing effect , which, however, is lost during operation when the pre-tied pipes are exposed to a vibrating test. In the event of vibrations in the pipe system, the cutting rings work their way more strongly into the jacket surface of the connecting pipes, the incision becoming deeper, so that leaks occur. These leaks can often be remedied by initially by the Rohrvereahraubung; is more tightened, whereby it comes back to a backlash-free contact between the cutting ring edge and the jacket surface of the tube. In the case of repeated tightening of screwed pipe connections in pipes subject to vibrations, on the other hand, sufficient tightness can no longer be achieved, so that the screwed pipe connections can be replaced. In this case, the cutting ring is difficult to detach from the pipe end, as the inner edge located in the recess the Sahneidringes a smaller diameter than .besitzt represents uncut outer diameter of the pipe. Even if it is possible to detach the cutting ring from the pipe, e.g. by sawing it out, in such a way that it does not become damaged, it is still not possible to bring the pipe screw connection back into the required condition by placing a new cutting ring on the pipe end will. The zinc notches that developed in the outer jacket of the pipe made it necessary, rather, to remove the pipe end # .. which caused the erosion. required pipe length is lost. For the connection of pipes in which it is known from the outset that they are exposed to oscillating loads during operation, a pipe screw connection is also known in which a so-called clamping ring is present instead of the cutting ring. The clamping ring overlaps in contrast to the cutting ring not sharp in the surface of the tube one, but it expresses only one type corrugation into the tube jacket. Since the clamping ring such as 8. a piston ring is cut open, läBt with it a resilient tube fitting implement, which dissolves during disassembly of the tube fitting by itself, since the clamping ring is spread by its elastic properties apart. The impressions of the clamping ring on the pipe casing is accomplished during assembly by DAB pushes the clamping ring in a tapered hole when tightening the Rohrvereohraubung a Druokstüok with which the slot width and thus the diameter of the ring are smaller. Since the standardized cutting ring screwed pipe connection is widespread , it is particularly desirable for those cases in which it is only found during operation that the pipes are subject to vibration to create a connection that is simple and inexpensive against the cutting ring connection can be exchanged .
In
Dadurch
Abdichtung bisher keine Undichtigkeit
verwenden.
A solution to this problem has been found according to the invention in that the no longer sealing bean ring is replaced by a pressure ring, the pressure ring being susgefUhrt about half its length as a cylindrical socket and on its other section with a larger diameter , this reinforced section being on ® an outer side is tapered in the direction of the connecting piece kongoh . The union nut know a de, outside = thread of the connecting piece corresponding Gewindebohrang and a subsequent smooth bore of smaller diameter with a length and the outside diameter of the cylindrical pressure ring portions corresponding inside diameter which extends conically towards the 'Zadeh of the pipes to be connected to a the external diameter tapered to the appropriate size. With this threaded pipe connection , it is possible in a simple manner to make a cutting ring-pipe screw connection of a pipe subject to vibrations that has become operational again by removing the cutting ring from the pipe and replacing it with a clamping ring, a soft seal, e.g. made of nylon or Tefloa, and a Drutkriag has been set up. In conjunction with an these elements and the non-exchanged Verbindängsstüok adapted nut to a pipe joint läBt also Auer-calibrating seal when the cutting ring has incorporated a relatively deep cut in the tube surface, or if the tubular jacket has been damaged when removing the Bohneidringes. . An exemplary embodiment is described in more detail below with reference to a drawing. In this, the two pipe ends that connect to one another are denoted by 1 and 1 '. The connecting piece 2 is screwed with its threaded ends 3 and 3 'into the union nuts 4 and 4'. Between the conical plane 6 of the union nut 4 and the pipe 1 there is a clamping ring 7. The soft seal 9, which is made of nylon, is pressed against this clamping ring 7 when the screwed pipe connection is screwed together with the pressure ring 8. The cylindrical part of the pressure ring 8 facing the Weiahdiohtung 9 has an outer diameter which is slightly below the inner diameter of the union nut 4 in the area of the soft seal 9. The thickened section of the pressure ring 8 has a conically tapered bevel with the same conicity that the connecting piece 2 has at its threaded end. As a result, the pipe is sealed against the environment by the clamping ring 6, the sealing ring 9 and also on the two joined conical surfaces of the pressure piece 8 and the intermediate connecting piece 2, so that any damage to the pipe end 1 has no effect on the tightness of the pipe screw connection . The sealing of the second pipe section 1 'can either take place equally quietly or, if this seal has not yet exhibited any leakage , the originally provided seal, which differs from the one described , can be retained. This can be a cutting ring connection, for example. Thus, a perfect interchangeability between two unterachiedlichen types of seal is given, with a view to the lowest possible position, the attitude Verbindungsettiok 2 this is the same for both pipe fittings * :
The applicability of the pipe constriction is not limited to
straight screw connections limited, separate, can be in the same
cher way for elbow fittings or @ T-fittings
use.
