Endless tape cassette The invention relates to an endless tape cassette
for plastic tape, film, punched tape, etc., in which the tape is in the form of a winding
arranged concentrically around a stator on a frerr: danpe-driven plate
- Connect the beginning of the tape to the end of the tape (e.g. by gluing) - with the winding on
on the top,. #, n on the outside through feeding elements for compensation
of the Aufwickelbandzuges is supported and the cassette a device that the motor
Drive for plate and belt transport delivers, is unplugged or unplugged.
In order to create an endless loop of tape in the smallest of spaces with tape-shaped recording media of great lengths, the material is rewound in the form of a concentric coil - the beginning of the sand is connected to the end of the tape (e.g. by gluing). The tape is unwound from the inside of the roll and rewound on the outside, thus achieving an automatic program repetition without reversing the direction of tape flow. The tape flow within the reel takes place by shifting the individual tape windings from the outside to the inside. ' Here, the unwinding tape tension should be as low and constant as possible, as is necessary, for example, with tape recorders to achieve good synchronization properties, while a sufficient winding tape tension is always required on the outer circumference of the roll to wind the tape.
auftritt (Tellerdrehzahl '5 Bandgeschwindigkeit/ 7L'Tellerbunddurchrnesser).
To meet these requirements, ßrrdlosbandkassetten are known in which the concentric Wicke]. is located on a rotatable plate mounted bar and is guided on the inside. There are essentially two different designs. In "Construction 1", the innermost 'Nin-Jung of the roll wraps around a conical dog that is firmly attached to the plate and that rests against the plate surface z: F. has a slope of 50 o. As a result, the plate - without an external drive - is set in rotation when the tape is pulled out of the roll due to the wrap-around friction between the tape and the plate collar. There are also such »adlos tape cassettes known in which the plate is additionally driven externally. The speed of the plate is selected in such a way that no loop formation occurs when the tape is unwound (plate speed '5 belt speed / 7L' plate collar diameter). The tape is pulled out at an angle upwards between the inside of the roll and the conical plate collar. In this case, there must be sufficient clearance between the innermost turn of the roll and the plate collar at the point where the tape exits. If the wrapping density increases at this point, an area is created in which the unwinding tape tension increases sharply and u.11. can lead to blockage of the dand flow. The emergence of a critical looping density at the point of belt exit is favored by the increase in the ratio of the outside winding diameter to the inside winding diameter, by increasing deviation from the concentric run or the circular farm (deformed circle) of the winding, by the deterioration in the slidability of the belt as a result of wear and tear on the sliding layer and the effects of dust, as well as due to excessively strict winding tape tension during the manufacture of the lap. It is known that the disadvantage of this tape feed-out, in which the tape is guided out of the roll by changing the tape flow direction, is eliminated by "construction 2". Here, the winding is supported on the inside by what is known as a tator, which preferably consists of several equal sound rollers arranged in a circle. As a result, the hand can be brought out of the coil without changing the direction of flow . The - plate: is moved by an external drive. As with "construction 1", however, a force component caused by the tension of the winding tape acts on the winding, which brings it out of its concentric career. This has the consequence that the slip between the plate and the roll increases. This increases the wrap density in the vicinity of the tape exit and increases the tension of the unwinding tape. here the tension of the unwinding tape can fluctuate considerably, which in some cases in tape recorders worsens the quality of the music due to increased pitch fluctuations. The increase or inconsistency of the unwinding tape tension increases with the increase in the ratio of the outer winding diameter to the inner winding diameter. It is known that this disadvantage is eliminated by supporting the roll on the outer circumference by guide elements in such a way that the force component resulting from the winding tape tension is compensated and the roll, concentric to the center of the plate, assumes the most favorable conditions for coupling to the plate. The work towards concentric running of the roll by means of guide elements attached to the outer circumference can also be supported in a suitable manner by the fact that the plate in the inner area of the roll has a terrace-shaped elevation that is formed by an inclined extension.

The advantage of this measure is, in particular, that the support force of the guide elements is reduced and the centering effect in the inner area of the coil reduces the looping density at the point where the tape exits an optically defined moving pattern is generated, whereby the adjustment of the roll in this position is facilitated by the adjustable guide elements. the tape is pushed out (internal resistance is negative-
Loop formation), for ri = ro the band without resistance (internal resistance is equal to zero) and for ri somewhat smaller (e.g. 0.5 .... 1 mm) than r0 the band with little band tension (approx. 1g) from the Winding slides. The stator radius r st should be chosen to be smaller than ri. In the present cassette, r st = 20 mm, r i = 22.5 mm and ri = 21.5 mm. When the cassette is put into operation, the roll is formed in such a way that the excess winds r0 - ri, as shown in Fig. 2, are grouped around the stator and a layer clearance c is created (czri - r st = 1.5 mm) . Guide elements 23, 24, 25, never attached to the outer circumference of the roll, counteract the force component P (Fig. 1) given by the winding tape tension and ensure concentric running behavior, which is supported in the inner area of the roll by the terraced design of the plate. The friction surfaces of the guide elements 23, 24, 25 must have good sliding properties, as can be achieved, for example, with suitable plastics (rollers are not required). In order to achieve reliable contact between the roll and the plate surface, the roll is guided from above through so-called pressure pads 26, 27. In this case, the material must be selected so that the pressure pad has the same or a lower coefficient of friction than the plate against the roll. The winding is inserted in that the underside of the upper part 2, with the stator attached to it and all tape guide parts, is directed upwards, with the plate 1 and the lower part 3 removed. After the tape has been threaded in and the beginning of the tape and the end of the tape have been connected by Xlebung, the plate and the lower part are attached, the cassette is turned into the normal position and screwed with the screws 28, 29, 30, 31. Then the roll with the adjustable guide elements 23, 24, 25 (possibly during a test run) is brought into the position concentric to the center of the plate.
