befindlichen metallbrillengestellen, handelt es sich grundsätzlich um 2 typen :
1.) das brillenglas wird durchbohrt oder mit einer kerbe versehen, damit die haltenden

Oberkante darch ein metallfassangsprofil gedrückt wird. dieses

profil ist im mittelteil des röhrchens in ein lilich eingehakt
und
wird mit hilfe seines an der bügelseite befindlichen gewindes, das das röhrchen
durchdringt, angezogen. in der mitte ist der Querschnitt des röhrchens rund. jedoch
wird er nach den seifen hin immer flacher (horizontal). an der seite, an der stelle,
an der das fassungsprofil angezogen wird, sitzt der
bügel, der gleichfalls am vorderen ende abgeflacht ist. durch

abflachung des bügels führt die scharnierbohrung, die vom gewinde
des fassungsprofils durchdrungen wird, so daß hier eine doppel-
funktion mit denkbar wenig aufwand gelöst wird: scharnierachse und fassangsprofilgewinde
sind eine einheit. vorteile : der vorteil dieser konstruktion besteht darin, daß
der optiker jede glasform für diese brille wählen kann und in der Lage ist, das
fassungsprofil entsprechend zu biegen sowie durch weiteres
aufschneiden von gewinde oder-tieferes einstecken in die trag-
rohrchenbohrang die große za variieren, aas diesem grunde kann

ein weiterer vorteil ist die fabrikatorische einfachheit der herstellung. man braucht
kein zusätzliches scharnier. (schutzansprach 2) schließlich wäre noch anzuführen,
daß aufgrund der konstruktion das glas nicht starr mit dem tragröhrchen verbunden
ist und dadurch flexibel ist, was zur bruchsicherheit beträgt. (schutzanaspruch
