Folienmaterial mit ausgezeichnetem Aussehen, gutemFurthermore , in the Belgian patent 668 295 of a porous FoSienrnaterials by coating a process is described in which porous a fibrous base or a film production foil material from polyurethane solutions and water plate with a solution of a polyurethane in a soluble alkali salt are produced, with water Miscible organic solvent alkali salt is dissolved out with an aqueous coagulation solution s with the aid of water-soluble alkali salts and after the layer formation. In this coagulation of the coating layer with an aqueous known process, the polyurethane solution contains medium which is characterized in that 0.5 to 6 parts of sodium chloride or sodium sulfate in a solution of the polyurethane is used, which contains 10 to 50 parts by volume of the polymer used. In addition, a percentage, based on polyurethane, of a coagulation containing organic salt in a uniformly dispersed manner according to this known process is carried out with water. On the other hand, and the coating layer is separated with an aqueous one, the process according to the invention is precipitated by a solution of an inorganic salt, the concentration of which is that much smaller amounts of salts are used in the concentration of less than two thirds of the saturation concentration of the starting solution and, furthermore, the concentration is, Coagulation with an aqueous salt solution as the inorganic salt is carried out in the coating solution and in the aqueous one. By means of these measures, significantly better chloride, potassium sulfate and / or potassium chloride results are achieved with solution for avis precipitation sodium sulphate, sodium in the process according to the invention, as is shown in the following, and finally the salt and the comparative experiments are obtained. According to the water-miscible organic solvent using a process according to the foundling method, it is namely possible to wash out water and then dry it
to produce an artificial leather that has satisfactory properties in various respects, provided by the process according to the invention has a satisfactory porous film material, for example with regard to permeability, the specific pore structure, in which small and large pores in specific weight, the porosity, the wear and tear are designed and distributed uniformly, resistance and surface light reflection. According to the method according to the invention, the porous film is light and tough and has a high degree of moisture permeability and softness. If it is obtained that, compared to known methods, the surface layer of the porous film is abraded or roughened with regard to this, then one obtains a suede-like leather-like material showing satisfactory values. Foil material with excellent appearance, good

Then 40.0 parts Methylcn-bis- (4-phenylisocyänat) was added, held for 2 hours at 80 0 C in a nitrogen atmosphere and the solution and is then cooled to 3O 0 C. Subsequently, 3.7 parts of ethylene glycol and 0.02 part of triethylenediamine together with 100 parts of an anhydrous dioxane are added in one portion to the prepolymer obtained in this way in order to carry out the chain extension reaction. The system is left to itself for 3 hours to complete the reaction. The polymer solution is then cooled and poured into water to remove the greater part of the dioxane. The precipitated polymer is then dried at 8O 0 C under a reduced pressure. The polymer is dissolved in N, N'-dimethylformamide in such a way that the concentration is 30 percent by weight. The viscosity of the polymer solution is 45,000 cP.
Then 10 parts of sodium chloride or sodium sulfate per 100 parts of the polyurethane are added, whereupon the solution is applied in a thickness of 1.0 mm. The plate with the coating solution is immersed in a coagulating bath, the (. I see the following table) consists of an aqueous solution at 10 ° or 20/0 sodium chloride or sodium sulfate. The temperature of the bath is 3O 0 C, wherein the plate is immersed for 30 minutes. The glass plate with the occupant seated in their film is then immersed in water having a temperature of 6O 0 C. The coagulated film is peeled off, washed well with water and then dried in hot air at 105 ° C. for a period of 5 minutes. The film properties given in the table below are achieved in this way. For comparison purposes, the same measures are repeated, with the exception that no salt is added to the polyurethane elastomer solution; The results are also included in the table.
As summarized in Table I below Results can be seen, a tough porous film with a high softness and moisture permeability formed when the salt is added to the coagulating bath. If the amount of salt is increased, the porosity is reduced somewhat (the specific weight is slightly increased). If no salt is added to the polyurethane elastomer solution, then is the specific weight is high. The structure is compact, while the moisture permeability is somewhat is low.
Are potassium sulfate or potassium chloride used instead of sodium sulfate or sodium chloride * then the same tendency is observed, whereby an excellent porous sheet is obtained.

B. 105%) according to of the aforementioned Belgian patent 668 295, the surface abrasion resistance and the reflection are low are independent of the salt content in the coagulation medium.
