Abstandhalter für Bewehrungseisen

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Abstandhalter für Bewehrungseisen, der dieses mittels
eines bandförmigen Materials umfaßt und eine maulförmige Öffnung besitzt, über die
der Abstandhalter auf das Bewehrungseisen aufgeklemmt wird ;
Abstandhalter dieser Art sind schon in verschiedenen Ausführungen
bekannt. Diese werden aus bandförmigem Flachmaterial in die
Ter-
schiedensten Formen geoogen. Der gewünschte Abstand des BewMtjKungs-
eisens wird dadurch gegeben, daß das Flachmaterial, nachdem
es
um das Bewehrungseisen herumgelegt ist, in dem vorgesehenen
Abstand
nach einmal um das Bewehrungseisen herumgeführt wird. Diese Abstandhalter müssen
aushartem Material hergestellt werden, damit sie einigermaßen stabil sind. Hierfür
kommt aus Preisgrunden nur Eisen in Frage, das schon bei der Herstellung des Betonkörpers
stark der Rostgefahr ausgesetzt ist. Wohl läßt sich das Rosten durch Verzinken oder
ähnlichen. Oberfläohenschutz herabmindern oder verzögern. Die Gefahr der Rostfleckenbildung
ist sowohl bei Sichtbeton wie auch bei verputzten Betonflächen nicht behoben, da
die Abstandhalter an den Berührungsflächen mit der Schalung später aus dem Beton
herausragen. Außerdem ist die Stabilität dieser aus Bandeisen gebogenen Abstandhalter
bei starker Belastung, wie sie z. B. beim Betreten der Bewehrungseisen auftritt,
