Die in der Textilausrüstttng verwendeten Dämpfer zum
Dämpfen, Trocknen und dergleichen von Textilbahnen wurden
bisher so aufgebaute daß Wandplatten von innen an einem
ausNormprofilen bestehenden Stahlgerüst angeschraubt wurden.
Die häufigste Bauweise bestand darin, da die Dämpfer mit
einer korrosionstesten Innenauskleidng, z. B. V2A-Blecht
versehen waren, wobei das Blech auf einer Stahlbleehunterlage
oder unmittelbar an dem Staherüst befestigt war.

Eine besonders teure Konstruktion waren die Deckenplatten,
die vorzugsweise für eine Dampfbeheizung ausgebildet wind.
Die-
se hohlen Deckenplatten wurden bisher aus 2 Gußplatten mein~
geschraubte wobei die eine Gußplatte eine Vielgabi von Nasen
-besaß und die andere Deckenplatte an den Stellen der Nasen
mit der Nasenplatte zusammengeschraubt wart
werden derartige Dämpfer wesentlich billiger
dadurchhergestellt, daß sie aus einer Mehrzahl von kleineren,
selbsttragenden Bauplatten zusammengeschraubt werden wobei
die
erforderliche Steiigkeit dieser Bauplatten, wie aneh der
ganzen Wnde, dadtreh epiel wird, daß das Blech dieser
Platte an den Rändern flanscartig umgebogen und dureh fal
artige Umbiegungen weiter vasteift wird. Diese Ränder erhal
ten dann noch Fäoher, mittels deren die einzelnen Platten un-
tet Zwiöenlage von öhtstreifan 2u ganzen Wänden js'u. isammea-
geschraubtwdeN.. Af weiter Biaelheiten nd Mekaale der
NeueURg wird noch an den geeigneten Stellen der nachfolgen-

Wie Figur 1 zeigt, bsstht die Deckenplatte aus zwei Blech-
tafeln 1 und wobei die untere Blechtafel l am Rad hoehge-
geben ist, während die obere Blechtafel 2 unter Freilassung
einer breiten Sinke mit dem Zaz 3 m den hochgebogenen Rand-
flanscherumepret ist ur Erielung der erforderlichen
Wideratand. raft gegen Durchbiegung sowie vor allet gegen den
inneren Überdruck sind zwischen den beiden Blechen 1 und 2
parallele Abstandspröfile 4 angepunktet. Versuche haben erge-
ben daß die grte Werandskra gegen den inneren Uber-
dmok erreicht wird wenn die Pyoile eine dachf rmige Fr&

Gemäß weiterer Neuerung wird eine gute Dampfführung in den
doppelwandigen Deckenplatten dadurch erzielt, daß d deh
dieeingeschweißten yile entstehenden anäl für eine Ziok
aokftUwung d$$ Hettdampfes bnutzt werden. Zu diesem Zweeke
werden die rofilö an den beiden Enden/aber auf einander ge-
genbeyUegenden Seiten mit Abschnitten 5 versehen, so daß
derDampf den durch die eingezeichneten Pfeile gekennzeichnet
ten f erlauf nehmen muß. Das sich bildende Kondensat kann an
derVersteifungsprpfile ablaufen a diese
