DieErfindung bezieht sich auf einen vorzugsweise aus
einemtherosplaatiacheloatischen Kunststoff, insbesondere aus
Polyäthylen o. dgl erzeugten 21aachenvercc'lTx8stopfen für
v n o bcslvehend aus einem in den Flaschenhals
oinsreifenden Dichthala einerseits und einem im wesentlichen
konsentri ch hier verlaufendent den laschenhale von auBen
umgreifenden Jtopfen : ntel andererseits, wobei der Stopfen-
oel eine Jchlter dea Flaschenhalsee verhakend von unten-
außen her untrgreift.
tJchön i :. er bereitet das Verschließen von unter innerem
Gasdruck stßhende Flaschen, beispielsweise das Verkorken von
cktfLascheno* dl* erhebliche Jehwierigkeiten. Es mn8
nämlichein VerschluB gemihlt werden, der auf der einen $e1te
dem inneren ruc standhalt, auf der anüeren Site aber auch
leicht wieder zu losen ist s hat nun auch an Vorschlägen

bekannten VorochluSotopfen dieser Art immer noch mehr oder
'enißer Isndriffe j im Offnen welcher Flaschen-z. B.
Abdrehen des gerödelten Verachlußdvähtes o. dg1.-durch
fahren.
Die vorliegende Erfindung hat sich demzufolge die Aufgabe
gestellt, einen. derartigen Verachlußstopfen in besondere zweck-
mußiger und v/irunsvol.'. er.. eise zu entwickeln, erreicht
wird
dieses Siel zunächst in vorteilhafter « eise im wesentlichen
da-
durch, das der im wesentlichen einwärts gerichtete, die Schulter
desJlaachenhalses un'ergreifende, äussere Randring des Stopfen-
ntels i. j Bereiche Jer Verbindungszone zwischen MLntel und

ring einen egenber dem 'ntel selbst geschwächten Werkstoffs
querseimitt besitzt, wobei zum Flaschenffnen dieser Randring
mit Hilfe ier Meineide (z. B. eines Messers) vom eigentlichen

Bei einer bevorzugten.. usführungsform der Erfindung hat
es sich cls besonders ßweckmäßig erwiesen. den inneren Dicht-
his unJ en ntel des Stopfens im Kopfbereiche durch Abstuta-
ri. pen miteinander zu verbinden, die Je für sich parallel
zur
topfenahse verlaufen und auf der timfläche des Flaschemhalaew
stehen. öbei diese bstützrippen in gleichen.. btänden derart
uB. ie. Jtofenachse herum angeordnet sein können, daB sie allesamt
v sehen inen rmstern bilden.

So läßt oich dieser neue Stopfen in besonders einfacher
. eise ucispielsweise derart wieder von der Flasche ISsen daas
man z. B mit einem Besser durch Einschneiden in den geschwächten
Verschnitt des'.-inwärts gerichteten Randringea im Bereiche
der Verbindungszone, den sich normalerweise beim Schließen
derFlasche verhakenden Rnaring vom eigentlichen Stopfenmantel
trennt. 70bei dieser Randr1ng an der Flasche hängen bleibt,
der
obere, vom Randring getrennte abpfenteil aber mit Leichtigkeit
aus dem Flaschenhals ntfernt werden kann. Durch diese neue
Aue-
bildungderartiger VerschluBstopfen ist es also nunmehr gelangen,
sowohl einen sicheren und nverlä ? aigen Verschloß auf der
einen
Jvite, und ein leichtes abnehmen des Stopfens von der Flasche
andererseits zu erreichen.
Die etwa parallel zr Jtopfenachse verlaufenden Abatüia
rippen, die in der Draufsicht gesehen ein chsenkrenx bilden,
wobei sie an der Jtirnfläche des F aschenhalses anliegen, haben
denVorteile dass der Jtopfenkopf genügend nachgiebig und
elastischusscfHhrt ist damit beim Eintreiben des jtopfenet

durch Jlnschlagen des JtopfendichtLalses in den Flaschenhals-
die Flasche selbst icht beschädigt oder ar zerstört werden
kann. Die beim eintreiben Lzw. Rinschlagen des Jtopfena auf-
tretenden chlagkräfte werden durch diese batü. tzrippen aufgenommen
und cd zerstörende Jchlagkrafte f"r die tirnfläche unwirksam
gemacht. Au3erdem ist der. Lopfenkopf trotz neiner Zlaetizität
jen end versteift ausgeführt, v/obei die Elastizität einerseits
und die enüend verstärkte Ausbildung andererseits in einem
ent-
sprechenden Verhältnis zueinander stehen.
Dieser konstruktiv unewöhnlich einfach aufgebaute,
vorteilhafte einstuckig erzeugte Vrschlußstopfen ist also-
verblüffend e-'nfachen Handhabung bei zuverlänniger
undsicherer Abdichtung der Flasche-den bekannten Stopfen dieser
Art ei weitem Jbcrlogon. wobei r darüber hinaus noch hia-
ciciitlich Heiner Herstellung gesehen billig ist.

Der auf der Zeichnung'.''iedergegebene Verschlußatopfe
besteht in wesentlichen :. us zwei Hauptteilen, nämlich ans
einem in einen Flaschenhals 12 einsteckbren Stopfen-Diohthals
10 einerseits und einem den Flaschenhals 12 außenseitig über-
bsw. umgreifenden topfennan el 11 andererseits* Der in den
Flaschenhals 12 eingeführte Dichthals 10 des Stopfens 10, 11
besitzt uf seiner u endseite, also auf der der Flaschenhals-
I nenseite zugekehrten uite eine Mehrzahl, mindestens aber
f5nf Diehtlippen 13 die für eine zuverlässige Abdichtung
enübor dem Flaschenineddruck sorgen* Im übrigen ist dieser

und den Sopfennantel sowohl elastisch als auch verstärkend
gestalten. Sie verlaufen etwa parallel zur-topfenlängsachse
und bilden allesamt einen Ärmstem.

bene Ausführunnform. nur ein ruf die Verwirklichung
der Erfindung und, oese nicht darauf beschränkt, vielmehr sind
imRnhmen der Jrfindung noch mancherlei andere Ausführungen
undAnwendungen mlich insbesondere in Bezug auf Ausführung

rcndes owie auf die Lage usführung und unzahl der Abstufe
rippen im Kopfbereiche des otopfens. Oberhaupt ließe sich der
stopfen auch abdeichend von der dargestellten. usführungsform
ausbilden wenn die gleichen Vorteile einer zuverlässigen
IIaltorunß im Si. me des rucksicheren Jchließens auf der einen
eite und eines leichten, einwandfreien. Jntfernen des Stopfens
