Impulsgenerator mit 2 Thyristoren.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Impulsgenerator mit 2 Thyris-
toren. i.Iit diesem können u.a.
vereinigen.
dar-
gestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben.
fig. 1 zeigt die beiden Thyristoren 1 und 2, verbunden mit
dem
Löschkondensator 3 und einem Schutzwiderstand 4 5 und 6 sind
die Lastwiderstände, 5 ist als Lampe ausgebildet, während 6
ein
größerer Widerstand ist. Gegebenenfalls könnte dieser auch
durch
eine Lampe ersetzt werden. Die Kondensatoren 7 und 8 und die
Ent-
Hoffmann%Stoeker: Thyristorhandbuoh, Siemens-Fachbuch 1965
Sei-
te 126).
In diesem Zustand erhi;i.lt
die
Steuerelektrode des Thyristore wieder den notwencliI.;on
Steuerstrom,

The invention relates to a pulse generator with 2 thyris
fools. i.Iit this can include square-wave pulses of great power
can be generated, e.g. for flashing circuits.
It is known that with the help of 2 triodes or 2 transistors
so-called astable vibrators can be built up.
However, they can only provide small services. Vice versa can
Run with thyristors to build so-called pulse circuits, the zv. "ar
can switch large currents at higher voltages, they must
but can be controlled by a special control element.
The invention is based on the object of the advantages of the tran-
sistor-iultivibrators with those of the thyristor pulse circuit too
unite. The thyristor pulse generator can therefore handle large currents
switch, but does not need to be controlled by a clock
will. The object is achieved according to the invention in that 2
Thyristors are connected to a quenching capacitor. 2 white
tere capacitors and 2 resistors provide charge and discharge
charge for the beat.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing
and is described in more detail below.
fig. 1 shows the two thyristors 1 and 2 connected to the
Quenching capacitor 3 and a protective resistor 4 5 and 6 are
the load resistors, 5 is designed as a lamp, while 6 is a
greater resistance is. If necessary, this could also go through
a lamp to be replaced. The capacitors 7 and 8 and the
charging resistances 9 and 10 ensure the frequency of the generator.
The mode of operation of the commutation device, consisting of
the switching elements 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 is known (see e.g.
Hoffmann% Stoeker: Thyristorhandbuoh, Siemens-Fachbuch 1965 Se-
te 126). The diodes 11 and 12 prevent premature discharge
of the release capacitor and can possibly also be omitted. the
The mode of operation of the clock generator elements is as follows.
to tilt gate 1 from the conductive to the non-conductive state
begins, the voltage at point P increases due to the current
the commutation capacitor over the applied sliding
retirement. The thyristor 1 is also affected by the current surge
clears. 1r only becomes conductive again after dc.r capacitor
7 has discharged to about U again. In this state, the
Control electrode of the thyristor again the necessary; on control current,
he ignites. Now the same process takes place on thyristor 2.
For the generator only thyristors with one-way, one-way diodes, one control electrode and one cathode can be used. If the load; riderst,: 7th ends are not different, a start may be necessary. B & s k_: nn happen through the capacitor 13, for example. Fig. 2 shows the G, nannun, on a large load resistance, Fig. 3 shows the voltage nn on a small load resistance.
The advantages that can be achieved with the invention are based on the one hand
the properties of the thyristor as a switch: long service life, large switching capacity,
relatively high frequencies, no contact erosion. On the other hand there is a pulse generator
without a third-party clock unit.
