for adjusting the backrest and seat height.
Klappmöbel finden Verwendung für Picknick, Camping, Garten und Haus
und sollen, wenn sie transportiert oder gelagert werden, möglichst wenig Platz beanspruchen.
Um dem Bedürfnis nach Raumersparnis weiter Rechnung zu tra-
gen, wurde es durch eine Vorrichtung (a. Skizze 3) ermöglicht,
einen Ses-
sel in einen Liegestuhl zu verwandeln. Dem Bedürfnis nach Rau-umd
to-
steneinsparung, sowie Bequemlichkeit ist dadurch entsprochen
worden.
Die von mir eingereicht Vorrichtung (s. Skizze 3) ist so beschaffen,
daß
in einem gleichzeitig als Armstütze verwendeten Winkeleisen, an dessen unterem Teil
ein etwa 125 mm langer und etwa 7 mm breiter Schlitz, versehen mit einem oder mehreren
Einrasten, angebracht ist, in dem die hintere Strebe des Sessels verschiebbar befestigt
und dadurch die Rückenlehne und die Sitzhöhe verstellbar wird. (so Skizze 1 und
2) Diese Vorrichtung (s. Skizze 3) besteht aus einem Winkeleisen, das gleichzeitig
als Armstütze am Sessel Verwendung findet. In dem unteren Teil des
Winkeleisen. ist ein etwa 125 mm langer und etwa 7 mm breiter
Schlitz mit
einem oder mehreren Einrasten (s. Skizze 3) angebracht. Dieser
Schlitz er-
möglicht die verschiebbare Anbringung der hinteren Strebe des
Sessel* uM
kann hierdurch die Rückenlehne des Sessels so weit nach hinten
geneigt wer-
den, daß ein bequemer Ließestuhl ent. teht. Ferner wird durch
diese KaBnah-
me auch zwangsläufig die Sitzhöhe des Sessels nach unten verstellbar,
was
die Bequemlichkeit noch erhöht.
Ein besonderes Merkmal der neuen Vorrichtung (so Skizze 3) ist, daß hierdurch Sitzhöhe
und Rückenlehne des Sessels verstellbar geworden sind und in jeder vorgesehenen

In an angle iron that is also used as an armrest, on the lower part of which there is a slot about 125 mm long and about 7 mm wide, provided with one or more latches, in which the rear strut of the armchair is slidably attached and thereby the backrest and the seat height becomes adjustable. (see sketch 1 and 2) This device (see sketch 3) consists of an angle iron that is also used as an armrest on the armchair. In the lower part of the Angle iron. is an approximately 125 mm long and approximately 7 mm wide slot with
one or more snaps (see sketch 3) attached. This slot
enables the sliding attachment of the rear strut of the armchair * uM
this allows the backrest of the armchair to be tilted backwards
that a comfortable lounge chair is created. Furthermore, this KaBnah-
me also inevitably the seat height of the armchair down, what
the convenience is increased.
A special feature of the new device (see sketch 3) is that the seat height and backrest of the chair have become adjustable and can be fixed in any intended position.
